Yes! The first model home I showed is for sale. They have several builders there with homes from $300’s to $800’s.
What is name of the builders? Does the first house have two bedrooms on first floor? I noticed there was another room by the front door and stairs that wasn’t shown on the first house, what was that?
Hi there! That part of the home that wasn’t shown was the sales office, which is actually the garage. This floorplan only has one bedroom on the 1st floor. The first home is Chesmar Homes and the 2nd home is Westin Homes.
Price going down everywhere, but builders here selling like hot cakes.price goes up month after month.
