I have a question. Other books tells that, to get the lower limit, ex: 100-200, to get it you will subtract 100 to .5 so 100-.5= 99.5 and in upper limit you will add .5 I don't know if Im correct. please reply

Sorry for late reply @Ross Gamer but hey it's the right way too. Don't worry. This conversion into 0.5 is only a way to make the limits continuous and to ensure that no reading is missed from plotting. However, the method that's used here is a more simpler one for easy understanding. Hope this clears the doubt :-)
