Girl I had short hair since forever then I became natural and it has reached above my best line at it's longest and stayes there for years then I cut it to collar bone and yep stayed there for years , this year I cut it to above shoulder length.
And I am rediscovering my short natural hair again thinking about how I can style it and all it's fun and not as time consuming.
Do what ever makes ya happy it's just hair.

I cut my hair in December 2022. I was so happy. I use fewer products now. It does not take as long to do my hair.
I think cutting your hair is daring because you are doing it yourself. I applaud you for stepping out of your comfort zone. I can't wait to see the results.

Best way to take your braids out is to start from the back and do your head into three. If you have to go off to do something like look after your kids you can just tie it back with the rest of the braids. Your arms don't hurt and it doesn't seem so arduous a task. It takes me about 3days!!
I put cheap conditioner in to comb it through with a wide tooth comb then I wash my hair with your chosen shampoo and then deep condition. That's why I don't do braids very often!!
Can't wait to see how it goes! I chopped my hair this last spring and have been so glad i did. I plan on keeping it this length for good lol

I just took out my protective style yesterday and now I’m getting ready for my hair cut. I’ve been trying to convince myself to switch it up and get highlights because I’ve wanted them on and off for years
I‘ve cut my hair sooo many times (actually down to Halle Berry style twice) in 20 years. Once it’s long, it’s only nice for a little while until it’s just too much work. Now again back to shoulder length, letting it grown long (again, or may be not 😅). Lucky me, I don’t have others opining on whether I should or should not.😊

I wouldn’t cut it if I were you, your hair is literally so long & pretty. I’m in the process of growing my hair out after I went through my phase of highlighting my hair & cutting it. I got tired of the short hair real quick because of the shrinkage, but always do what’s best 4u 😘

virtual hair cutting is an interesting concept. Pricewise is it cheaper than what you get charged in person since the client is doing the bulk of the work? Or is it more due to virtual fees?
