Do you just apply the rubber base coats like that? Just brushing it on. Do you not need to build an apex or turn the hand over etc?
Our rubber base is applied as suggested in the video above, for a more sculpted build with apex we suggest our Supreme foundation base.
Do I use base coat before the rubber base, and top coat afterwards?
The rubber base is a base coat on its own, so it does not require any other base gels. If you are not applying a colour you can seal the rubber base with Top Coat
