- If you clicked on this video, you are probably trying to remove a fan clutch from the water pump. Here’s a quick and easy tip on how to remove it with no special tools.
Note: This is not an exact how-to video, simply a video for entertainment purposes only. What may work for me may not work for you. Good luck and happy wrenchin'! - Авто та транспорт
Just a heads up on working around radiator fans. Always put a rag over the fan blade when working near the fan. They're sharp as a knife and will cut you quick if your wrench should slip. Don't ask me how I know.
I really like the hands on content of this channel. Keep up the good work.
If you would of left your belt on you could put pressure on the belt by the tensioner and loosen it that way too
Depends how tight or seizes that bolt is
Works perfectly, just tried it.
Thank you.
How did u manage to get the fan pulley bolt out
How does everyone have that nut on theirs and mines Just a round shaft? This is my first Jeep, and I can say that I'm not at all impressed. I'm about to set this piece of garbage on fire and just walk away.
I am actually Dumber for watching this
Somehow I doubt it was this video that did that.
@65SEEJAYFIVE lol it's just you gave the wrong size bolts.
So what are the right bolt sizes then?
@@samanthamiller8791ask the mouth peace..
trump!!
Trump is a chump😂😂😂😂😂
Personally there's to much noise not enough clarity...show where and how the chain goes where it's doing what you want.
A bit more focus on the chain etc.
Seriously, how much clearer can I be? I showed exactly where the chain mounts and gave you the bolt sizes. Too much noise? Your comment literally makes no sense.
Ummm...most people don't have the front end off their jeep. This is useless for 99% of people
Um, you don’t need the front end off of your Jeep for this to work. The front end was off for reasons other than to show you this little trick.
@65SEEJAYFIVE umm. Its much more difficult with your front end in tact.
@@cabinetmaster44 no shit Sherlock, of course it’s harder when the front end is on. The point is, this method works with the front clip ON or OFF, so your claim that this is “useless to 99% of people” is a baseless accusation. Don’t like the video? Move along dude.
@@65SEEJAYFIVE show us genius
@@cabinetmaster44 how about we do this-explain to me in detail how this will not work to remove a fan clutch with the front clip still on. I’d really like to know why you seem to think it doesn’t work and are resorting to name-calling now as an argument. I know for a fact that it works as I have done it in the past with success every time with the grill still on the Jeep. Again, why wouldn’t it work? I’m not going to go out and pull off my fan clutch just to prove to some random pathetic troll that it does in fact work and that they are wrong. Do you even know what this video is about or are you just that dense? I’m not going to argue any longer with you, genius.
