yeh i live in India.. but i am a big fan of Banku from my Ghana days... these both ingredients are available here.. but isn't it we have to ferment this also?

You forgot to ferment the dough. Banku is a fermented meal and is made with fermented corn and cassava dough. What you have made is Sadza (Zimbabwe) or Ugali (Kenya). Well done all the same. Looks good.
