- In todays video we talk a little about Wisconsin and the expectations BB players have for newly released boats. As we get more and more busted BBs over the years the baseline at which BB players are happy with what they get seems to rise astronomically. In any case enjoy the mad balancing on Wisconsin.

We are missing more creators like this. Helping actually give great information and knowledge. There is so much misinformation that a lot of people end up learning the wrong thing.

Its actually the whole ship that is slightly lower in the water, not just the citadel. Weegee just lowered the whole waterline on it.
It's the same with Illinois. Is there a historical reason for it? Idk

@@gluesniffingdude On Illinois it's bc the quad 203mm turrets are heavier that the triple 406mm. Idk about Wisconsin tho, since it doesn't appear to have been any heavier than an Iowa in real life. But they still gave it the same displacement as Illinois
Considering the Citadel or as it properly should be called the VITALS are based on the 3rd deck of the Iowas which have an in ship marker that shows how low it is. Yes. Now it varies on payload but the bronze marker says 38 feet. The height is located high enough to go up to my under arms. The only part I’d say is unrealistic is that there isn’t a raised center section where the boiler rooms and the secondary magazines between turret 3 and the Armored Conning Tower in the 16mm section

The guy is just a bit delusional. Whines about BBs being bad while Cruisers and DDs just suffer in this meta but BBs are still off the best by far out of the three core classes. But if you want a Dev Strike on every click you will be disappointed...
You pointed it out very well. BBs are nuts these days. Especially Vincent made my jaw drop. They raised Conquerors citadel to balance it. And then they come up with another busted superheal BB. But with 457 guns, nuke HE, Speedboost, amazing conceal and incredible firing angles. But the citadel is under water for whatever reason. Just wtf. CVs and Subs aside the dumbest ship in the game.
I for example always liked to do the tanking role with a BB if possible. I managed to get pink stats on FdG from playing it somewhat aggressively. A ship thats clearly not busted. But these days you kinda get forced to play these busted new BBs cause they re straight up better than the old stuff. Only Yamato can somewhat hold on.
I personally believe that Wisconsin is a battleship.

It’s either a reloadboost if needed or SM F key so idk seems fairly dented to combine 2 consumables/gimmiks and not give a a downside really
i remember calling it demented when it got announced and fully expecte nerfs. this thing did go through testing un nerfed. wows truly is a game of all time

The funny thing to me is that this thing gets San Martin's consumable reload reduction combat instructions (only 5% worse), while not having longer base consumable reload, and also getting a -50% reload just because.

How would you rate it for tier 10 ranked? Considering it's mostly AI gunner fiesta and radar, I don't see it being too good for ranked, where heavy flanking is a rare thing to see executed properly.
It’s okish in ranked nur not having overmatch would be a downside. I guess you can have great moment with the F key though.

Slava at 15km+ range has the best BB dispersion in the game but pays a lot for that as vs the Kremlin while the only thing the Wisky gives up vs the Iowa/Missouri is having T10 MM.
1.9 sigma, 165 horizontal and 50 vertical for slava and 2.0, 149 horizontal and 75 vertical for wisconsin.

Speaking from experience as a bad Illinois player: A citadel like that is totally hittable, you need to do dumb shit for it to happen tho. My guess is that it's due to the overmatchable citadel roof that you can sometimes hit from range.

I don't understand why WG make very/good BBs give some cruisers's giming and those ones is now just bad or not very usefull.
I mean you have Maine, Rhode Island, Winsconsin,... and ont the other side you have Yodo, Cerberus and Jinan and those have torps gimmic and WG say "hey ! Those are good because torps" yeah yeah. And the Cerberus one will be not that good because submarine gimmic and nothing really more. Those Moskva and DesMoines are old but good instant of all those CA/CL trash...
