That Sierra doesn’t have tow mirrors cuz it’s not a tow package… and the air suspension on the dodge is nice and all, but the suspension on the Sierra is some of the smoothest on the road.
I mean, they’re 1500s. Not sure what you’re towing with a 1500 but I doubt you’d need tow mirrors for it. Those Ram drivers sure do love extending those mirrors 24/7 though, don’t they? 😂😂😂

(5 months out of 13 months). Not to mention the college station mechanics lied to me and tried to charge me 1,000’s of dollars in repairs that was covered under warranty. After 3 trips to the dodge mechanics, vehicle still had problems. Traded it in for a GMC. Haven’t had an issue since.

I don't know if you know this but just about any half ton truck equipped for towing or pretty much any 3/4 ton and above truck have something like this. All the rams roll out like that, the fords just slide to extend and I think the Chevy/GMC do the same. The truck on the right just probably doesn't have the towing package.
I remember when I bought my 2016 ram Laramie longhorn for 52k. Blows my mind how much trucks have gone up in price. I thought it was expensive then oh how little I knew.
Just bought a fully spec'd 7.3 IDI turbo extended cab long bed truck from 1988 for 4500$. Same 0-60 and mileage as the newer stuff, can do anything I need it to. Really sad how new trucks are almost the same thing but cost 20 times more (or more)
Ram all day. Better software in the screen- the Panoramic moonroof option is way better than GMs little roof and the all around comfortable ride is far superior. 165k miles on mine and not a single abnormal problem
$80k for a truck is insanity. My 2000 Chevy Express 1500 moves everything I need to move and I bought it in 2015 for $3k and 12k miles and it's still running great with the 4.3 vortec.

Personal opinion here but both are suitable options for your intentions. The gmc is the “professionals” truck. It’s not really going to tow much of the time but can. More tailored for “luxury”. The ram is more suitable for towing and working versus the gmc. At those prices though you’re still talking about boss levels of pay. The gmc is for the boss boss where the ram is for the boss.
I'd rather have the GMC. It won't matter how many cool features the Dodge has when the transmission blows. Also Dodge is really bad about having too many blind spots. I can actually see everything around me when I'm in a GMC or a Chevy.
