As 2017 dawns, I thought it would be fun to look back on all the beds I've made (and remade) in 2016. Here are my top 10 favorite Ever After High beds created by Dolls, Toys, & Games Gal - primarily because, well, I AM Dolls, Toys, & Games Gal ;-). All of them are so elegantly made, I couldn't choose one that's particularly my favorite! Maybe Darling's lacey bed, or Briar's flowery yet thorny bed, or Crystal's iridescent bed, or the ruffled feathers of Duchess's bed...

Aww, but it would probably not survive the trip in the mail to you. These are very fragile. In fact, my daughter accidentally breaks them all the time - I can't tell you how many times I have had to fix them already, haha!

your duchess bed is my top favorite, followed by briar. I just love those ethereal looks, with a white feathery fantasy feel and then over to the Gothic, thorny, dark look.
I'd say my third would be Crystal's.
but all your beds are beautiful, full of character, and inspiring!
I like how we all have different tastes, right? :-) I forgot to include my Mira Shards bed on this list, and my Courtly Jester's, for that matter...but oh well..I'm not sure where they would fall on the Top 10. I just want to say that I love the way you try to match the beds to the way the Ever After High characters appear and behave. You're so creative, and... well, you've inspired me to try and make my own doll beds for this series! This is why I'm hoping you don't mind, but I'm wondering if I can ask you where you got some of your materials - mainly, the shields for Faybelle's and Darling's beds.
Thank you so much! You know what? I made these so long ago, I can't remember exactly where I sourced all the fabrics...but mostly Joann Fabrics and also Spoonflower.com, where you can design fabrics and stuff. Can't wait to see some of your creations!

I was asking about the wooden shields at the end of Faybelle's and Darling's beds because I'm still designing the head/foot boards for each bed.

As wonderful as all the beds you create are, it must have been really hard picking just ten and then selecting which would take the number one spot. Each bed you chose is amazing! You absolutely should be proud of your accomplishments! Every bed you make has such incredible attention to detail and truly reflects the colors and character of each doll for which it is crafted! How awesome is the bedspread you found with a Cinderella that looks quite similar to Ashlynn!?! The tiny fairytale book charms you added to Crystal, Jillian, and Apple's are a nice touch. To me all the beds you have created are fantastic! I could not pick any one over another. Thank you very much for taking the time to make and share your tutorial and review videos, DT&GG! You know what? I am completely running out of space! I am literally at the point where I have to get a bigger house, it is so full of dolls and stuff! So I don't know whether I'll be able to make Descendants doll beds...though the latest Descendants dolls are all so cute!
