Ginger Breadhouse Doll Bed Remake [EVER AFTER HIGH]

- Apparently, nobody liked my first Ever After High Ginger Breadhouse doll bed, not even me. I decided to heed the calls of my subscribers and remake it, so thank you all for getting me to finally do it!
First and foremost, I wanted this Ginger Breadhouse doll bed to NOT clash with Ginger Breadhouse's outfit. My first bed mistakenly had green in it, which is found nowhere in Ginger's clothes...they are all warm gold and brown tones, with pink and cotton candy blue scattered throughout. Definitely no green.
For this Ginger Breadhouse doll bed, I decided to use those exact colors: pinks and light blues and browns and golds. I took the cupcakes off of the headboard and footboard of the old Ginger Breadhouse doll bed, and I used them in the new bed's headboard. I added poles (painted in icing-blue), and also attached Sixlets to them (they are hard chocolate candies that have NOT yet melted). After all, in Ever After High, Ginger Breadhouse is the daughter of the Candy Witch, the one who tried to eat Hansel and Gretel. So while Ginger does not want to follow her destiny, she might still appreciate a bed yummy enough to eat.
For her footboard, I covered a piece of cardboard with brown polka dotted paper, and added some iron-on transfers to it (cupcakes, of course). I also used actual gold baking cups to line the bottom of the footboard as well as the bottom of the "mattress" in this Ginger Breadhouse doll bed.
The comforter was also designed to look like "cake" or something else sinfully delicious. It's dripping with icing and features a large cupcake applique as its centerpiece. Overall, I think this Ginger Breadhouse doll bed turned out sweet and whimsical and oh-so-yummy. Let me know in the comments below:

They definitely started out as just crafts that I rushed through to try to please my little girl. But I found during the process of crafting that I LOVED it, and then I put in lots more time and thought into everything (and also money), and I think that's why these are coming out so much better than the early days. I love this bed much better than the old one! The blanket is so pretty and detailed, and I think that your way of making the pillows is awesome. The candy on this bed would make Hansel and Gretel's mouths water! Sorry, so much to say about this bed because it's so cool :)

what are you going to do when the chocolate starts to either melt or rot? I think a layer of clear polish on them would help preserve them.

One other thing about the bed, not trying to be rude or anything but the candies might attract ants, so if i were you i would spray it with bug spray and then perfume so ants don't come and it smells good.
