In this video I am sharing how to build your relationship with God. These are a few ways that I personally like to build my relationship with God and connect with Him. I really struggle to make Christian friends. I don't know why that is😭I have always been the only Christian in my friendship circles
I’ve had the opposite problem, funnily enough. I used to be an aethiest and all my friends were Christians. They told me for yearssss that I should join God but I just didn’t get it all until God touched me personally. But I really wish you luck with finding Christian friends! 🥰

Jacob It is always good to be open about knowing Jesus! Do not be lukewarm in your faith-spread the gospel with those you are close to and care about(and as many people as you can) because eternity and the greatest Love we will ever know is at hand! Even if it is hard and they reject you, you did your best and are pleasing God, whose opinion is really the only that matters! God bless you❤️

i did the hole show me a page thing and it lead me to proverbs it was much needed and i highly recommend!! obviously i do think it is important to read 'cover to cover" but i think that god only knows what you really need at that time and its very helpful! proverbs is such a good book of the bible and i think it is one to read often and understand!

I was really scared last night because I could not feel god and I thought he left me and I was gonna live my life without him, this video helped me realize that he loves me and won’t leave me and that I don’t need to always be reading the Bible to connect💜 I hope you can keep growing your relationship with god, I really appreciate this video!!
God will never stray away from you, or leave you, there is nothing you can do to make Him stay away💜. His love is eternal and perfect and He knows you from beginning to end (we see time and ourselves and our lives in a limited way, He sees us from an eternal perspective) and He knows your thoughts and your struggles, He only wants you to come to Him and for you to have a relationship with Him💜 Coming from the same struggle you relate, I have found that usually when we are not feeling God, it's because we have allowed things in our life to make our hearts bitter or hurting (unforgiveness, maybe someone wronged you and you feel sad or angry, or maybe you did something and you feel ashamed, maybe things are not going the way you wanted in regards to jobs or school, etc. just a few examples) and with those feelings inside it's hard for us to connect with Him. When these things happen, however, (this has been happening constantly for me these past months) and you are not feeling God, this is highlighting your need for Him🌸I have asked to some pastors and have read that we have to come to God and confess or just relate to Him how we are feeling💗 I know reading the Bible is tedious sometimes, but it also helps us understand His heart and what He wants for us💗🤗 I hope you can continue to connect with God and know that we are here for you, as well as God is here for you🤗

I am so so so so thankful I came across your page. I’ve been binge watching your videos all day. I finally found a real Christian UA-camr. I love all the Christian UA-camrs I watch. But I sometimes tend to feel so insecure about not being able to be the perfect Christian they are, that they show in their videos. If that makes sense? So I am so so hard on myself, almost like it’s a competition? Trying to compete with these what it looks like perfect Christians. Which is NOT a way I should think or feel! But thank you for being real and honest in your videos. You share your mistakes and how your relationship with God is a rollercoaster! Thank you! I’ve been feeling so so alone. None of my friends really have a faith life. I have felt so alone for so long. I don’t have anyone my age that I can really relate to. I pray God will put people and friends into my life that will care for my soul and motivate me everyday with my faith!💓💓
I’ve recently started listening to sermons or testimonies/spiritual tips while doing an outside activity, as a way to stay active, enjoy god’s creation, and be more intentional with my relationship with god all in one. Also I always pray out loud in bed before I fall asleep. Praying in my head just doesn’t work as well.

Go Kian! Thanks for sharing your relationship with God online. One of the things that has helped me is "brainwashing" myself with the truth. In other words, believe only what God says about you directly from scripture. I have a list that I keep on my Google drive. After awhile, discouraging comments made about you just don't stick because you know who you are in Christ. I can see the Spirit living through you, and I love seeing it. You are a new creation.

Thank you kian, many think God's not approachable. He knows about the wrongs but keeps no record of them. He would see no one parish if up too him. Too some the enemy has blinded so well that someone who has perfect vision, might as well try too read a bible written in braille, I've received phone calls from people who speak a language I don't understand. And I just haven't a clue. Ask Gods wisdom don't doubt and then read from his word

You are beautiful and if you are in Christ you are already perfect. As we walk in the will of God and cooperate and yield to the the holy spirits leading, our imperfect obedience is accounted as perfect because of christ perfect righteousness. To be absolutely perfect by ones own merits would mean no need for a saviour. We will always need a saviour and mediator because we are fallen humans and live in a fallen world.

No worries! Why people think just because you're a Christian means you do no wrong is beyond me. In fact, Christian's read the bible and go to church because we know we are all just sinful people striving to do what Christ wants us to do. But we are FAR from perfect!

I class myself as an atheist who sometimes practices Buddhist beliefs. I’ve had a really big problem with my relationship with God. It all started from being forced to go to a Christian school as a child (even though both parents aren’t Christian). I’ve constantly thought there is no god as there’s so much suffering in the world. Especially right now. Anyway, Since looking into Buddhism I notice now there cannot be a world without suffering. It’s inevitable. (Not condoning any actions and hoping everyone is safe and has their voices heard in this time of need)
I also think it came from not having a good father figure. I’m now 22 and have completely disowned my father. My step dad has been amazing. I’ve recently had quite a few health scares where I could go blind and I found myself praying to God more than I ever had in my life. I think my main set backs was that I never understood the bible as I believed there were hypocrisy’s in it and didn’t fully understand the language.
Basically what I’m trying to say is that all of these events in my life and in the world right now have made me question my faith. I clicked on this video because when I had the health scare I felt desperation and prayed to god. So I think my relationship is there and I want to develop it into something I understand whilst incorporating other ideals aswell.
So I want to say thank you for the video and helping me make sense of some of the feelings I’ve been having.
You should ask God to reveal himself to you. He will. There's a lotttt of testimonies out there where people have questioned God, hated Him, didn't believe in Him, etc. After they truly asked God to reveal Himself he did.
I appreciate your happiness and excitment, guys! It is so nice to see someone that is so comfortable and certain in their faith and with their life. I seek happiness too, this is why i watch videos like that,But so much things just DO NOT make sense.. for example while i was watching this video a commercial popped up about children struggling with not enough food and livng their life to the fullest! How is God great in this way and how this whole thing works?! It doesn't make sense at all, this is not a great god and there is so much more like cancer in small chilldren, mental illnesses etc etc etc.. i am not trying to ruin you faith or anything like that, but Pls explain ...

Surround yourself with God-fearing friends! You talked about this in previous videos as with this one and you probably will talk about it in the future. It's a valid point. We can see that principle in Genesis 30 where Jacob made an increase in his flock. What you put your mind on, what you consume, what you surround yourself with affects your growth, maturity, development - life. So yeah have you friends who may not know God, Your classmates and co-workers. We are called to live in the world but not be of it. Have the friends but your closest should comprise of your friends who share these values.
Also I love your disclaimer in the beginning. Yeah there may be humans we look up to and receive leadership from but the be all and end all is God. So no human should be our idol in that sense. We should hear what you say (which has a lot of wisdom btw) and then go to God and seek God out in it. What was for me. What to take away.
Hey Kian I just found your channel through your testimony video and I loved this one as well. I personally think you should be careful with The Message translation of the Bible. In it there are many scriptures where things have either been added or omitted from the original text. Obviously don't just take my word for it I would urge you do your own research and comparisons for yourself but I personally wouldn't recommend using it...at least not as a primary Bible translation. If you look at Matthew 5:5 in the message vs another translation is has a significantly different meaning altogether. I like to use the ESV to study and I find it's pretty easy to understand. Also there are many study Bibles with commentaries that can help if you find other translations difficult to understand. I would also generally not recommend flipping to a random page as a means to study the Bible. You could just study a certain book or section of a book or do a topical study on a certain aspect you want to know more about (Google is your friend😊). I'm by no means an expert but thats just what I've found to be helpful on my walk thus far. I look forward to watching more of your videos and seeing what God will do to and through you.

Hi Kian! I recommend you to read the Bible in order, not randomly. Start with the New Testament NLT, from John. You can also read a Psalm a day and meditate & pray on it. God bless you!

I am also reading the New Testament again, I just finished Acts :) I find the time spent in the Word and prayer alone with Him so sweet! May our hearts be full of love for Him who loved us so much that He gave His life for us. He loves you so much!
I want to make Christians friends as I grow as a newly Christian, but somehow it’s hard. The older you get the harder it is to make new friends. In my friendship circles I have always been the Christian friend.

Young lady, If you are going to give Bible commentary, wouldn't it behoove you to KNOW what the bible says regarding "being perfect"? Following are a few verses what God says about it:
Matthew 5:48, "Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect."
2 Corinthians 13:11, Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you."
2 Timothy 3:17, "That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works."
1 Kings 8:61, "Let your heart therefore be perfect with the LORD our God, to walk in his statutes, and to keep his commandments, as at this day."
Therefore, though we may not be perfect, aren't we to strive for perfection?

Ashkenazi Christian I think her point was more she isn't perfect and don't pressure yourself to be perfect in the sense that you cannot forgive your own faults. Like, she was trying to explain that if you mess up, don't shoot yourself down for not being perfect, just ask for forgiveness and forgive yourself and keep going. And she didn't want anyone to look at her as if she's perfect and has everything memorized and everything. A perfect example of that is this comment that you left, she was saying she’s not perfect to let you know that she doesn’t know everything and to take what she says with a grain of salt

I do not know all the verses, i do not know every book of the bible. But I won't let that stop me from encouraging others the best I can. And through that I ask for grace and that everyone looks to God and scripture over anything I say. :)
The only way a human can reach perfection is if they have Christ' robe of righteousness. If you're perfect than there's no need for a savior. Christian perfection is abiding (John 15) and yielding and cooperating with the Holy Spirit.
Yes of course! That is why she says he wants you to try "really hard" trying is striving to be something more than you currently are. Yes heavenly father wants us to constantly try for perfection.
