These are SUPER weak. What are you supposed to do when you score? Let the kids celebrate for a few seconds and have at least one moment of joy in their glory days before they fail to become NFL players. If you're not going to let the players wave to the crowd, you should also force the annoying bands to be quiet as well.

The officials don’t make the rules, they only enforce them. Be angry with the NCAA rules committee. Also, the referees make very few of the calls. There’s only one referee in each game.
