And even if her father wasn't mentioned among the people who were born, how does that tell you Rebecca was born at the exact moment Abraham HEARD of her birth?
My niece is born. Yay, you heard it right now! She's born.... But, does hearing of her birth tell you how old my niece is? Do you see how this logic fails?
Rebecca couldn't have been 3.
This is backed up even more by her actions. Truth is, we don't know how old she was, but by the things she did and the way she spoke we can estimate she might have been 16+.
Not to mention, Jaira's daughter was 12, this is mentioned. And she was called a child, or little girl. Yet, here we have Rebecca who is called a woman.
I hope that clears it up! Don't always listen to people and blindly assume what they teach is truth. Research these things yourself and read what's truly written :)

There are many contemporary historians, that will tell you that this was perfectly normal. There was nothing malicious about this. You can read about it as well.
Women used to get married at the age of puberty. This was the norm and they used to mature at that age as well.
It's fairly obvious if you read about it. Her parents approved, the society approved, she herself approved and continued to revere him even after he passed away as she lived upto around the age of 60.
She had already been engaged to someone else to be married, before she was engaged to the prophet. If she hadn't gotten married to the prophet, she would have been married to someone else as this was normal.
This had been always normal. In the Jewish tradition, many prophets married women at the age of puberty. Mary, mother of Jesus, peace be upon them both was 12 when she delivered Jesus. She was married to Joseph who was 90, according to many sources.
It's weird to think of it now because the world changed; people mature much later. Many people even at the age of 30 do not reach the maturity that Islam necessitates for marriage. Therefore, the problem is that at such age girls are immature and basically children nowadays. And someone can take advantage of them. So, given their innocence, immaturity and many other factors that occur due to social and environmental reasons, marriage at such an age with an adult man is disgusting today.
At that time, it was different.

The Bible does not mention the age of Rebecca when she got married. The Bible said that Rebecca was a young woman when she get married as she was already fetching water from the ground well, carried a pitcher of water on her shoulder and providing water for the camels to drink (Ref. Genesis 24:45-46). A 3 year old girl could not do these things.

I am a revert Muslim too. I hope and pray my advice helps you in your journey with God, and to God.
I would like to advise you to take your deen primarily from the Quran and become more Quran-centric in your understanding of Islam. While you may need to turn to Hadith to fulfill the obligations set by Allah such as Salah (Daily prayers), fasting, Hajj, charity, and moral goodness but not rely on it blindly when it tries to push Arabian culture as Islam, create a narrow sectarian mindset, and tries to demonise the character of the nobleProphet (Pbuh) or when it clearly contradicts the Quran in at least 20 different matters.
Therefore, for believers of sound intellect who like to think deeply and not not get swayed by emotional sectarian rhetoric about the Prophet (Pbuh) and follow the clergy obsessed cults blindly (I did that for over a decade before becoming obsessed with the Quran for all answers and direction), there are many aspects of Hadiths which appear quite spurious and even in direct contradiction with the Quran.
You need to be particularly careful when certain stories found in the Hadith collection (compiled more than 200 years after the Prophet but considered very holy and unquestionable by sectarian clergy ulema), portray the Prophet’s (pbuh) noble character in very poor light. I would advise you to not believe everything blindly because Muslims make you believe in those spurious stories with a lot of zeal, which they have been made to believe through years of institutionalised sectarian indoctrination.
I would advise you to exercise caution when exploring the Hadith canon. But the Quran being God’s final revelation is fully protected from human corruption.
However, while the other secondary sources of Islamic knowledge may contain some prophetic truth within it, but do not believe everything which Muslims have been made to believe through these books saying certain books are as pure and reliable as the Quran.
Do bear in mind that Muslims are good people and the whole social experience is really beautiful and most of them are very sincere in what they believe about the Hadiths. So it's ok to avoid disagreements when it comes to issues which emerge from certain problematic Hadeeths. You need to realise this by no means reduces the love we have for the Prophet.
Even early Islamic history seems highly distorted due to these man-made ‘holy’ books and this understanding of Islam by new Muslims does create many problems for the Muslim community around the world especially the trouble it creates for reverts with their own family and close friends can be avoided if you become more Quran centric and avoid argument over cultural and ethnic matters.
Hadeeth centric Islam isolates you from the wider world by making you change your culture and appear very foreign and alien like to the local people and creates many psychological barriers for people of faith from other religions to consider islam seriously because it tries to change EVERYTHING about you whereas the QURAN only expects you to fix your character and faith not your appearance or culture. None of the previous prophets tried to do this but hadeeth centric Islam does it and thinks this is what Allah has prescribed.
I pray Allah always guides you to HIS WAY, and not some sectarian way, made up by people after the Prophet left this world and that Allah keeps you protected from satanic deceptions in matters of faith. Ameen.
In my 15 years experience, most Muslims are very Hadith-centric and expect reverts to follow Islam which is predominantly from Hadeeths and not the Quran.
Most Muslims, even those who are actively practicing Islam, are only aware of the beautiful side of hadeeth corpus but are generally kept unaware of the problematic side so if if you blindly follow things which are not from the Quran, you may end up making all kinds of enemies for yourself especially your own family will find you very problematic. But it's not the case when you're more Quran centric in your understanding and practice of Islam.

1. Firstly in lslam, you cannot marry a woman against her will and so was the marriage of AishaRA.
•4:19(quran)
"O believers! It is not permissible for you to inherit women against their will or mistreat them to make them return some of the dowry ˹as a ransom for divorce˺-unless they are found guilty of adultery. Treat them fairly. If you happen to dislike them, you may hate something which Allah turns into a great blessing.
This verse not only prohibits forced marriage but also preaches to tolarete even with the unappreaciatable quailities with women.
•Sahih Muslim 1420
'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported:
I asked Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) about a virgin whose marriage is solemnised by her guardian, whether it was necessary or not to consult her. Allah's Messerger (ﷺ) said: Yes, she must be consulted. 'A'isha reported: I told him that she feels shy, whereupon Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: Her silence implies her consent.
•From Sahih al-Bukhari 5158 you will realise that she had the 'marriage contract' at six but started her married life only after 9.
2. • 'Mothers of believers' had to abide by certain rules and their lives were that of hardship with struggles of prophetﷺ. All of them were honourably presented choice to retain or refrain from marriage. But they all chose prophetﷺ above struggles and Aisha was the first one

`.......Aisha said, 'When the Divine revelation of Choice was revealed, the Prophet (ﷺ) started with me, saying to me, 'I am telling you something, but you need not hurry to give the reply till you can consult your parents." `Aisha knew that her parents would not advise her to part with the Prophet (ﷺ) . The Prophet (ﷺ) said that Allah had said: 'O Prophet! Say To your wives; If you desire The life of this world And its glitter, ... then come! I will make a provision for you and set you free In a handsome manner. But if you seek Allah And His Apostle, and The Home of the Hereafter, then Verily, Allah has prepared For the good-doers amongst you A great reward.' (33.28) `Aisha said, 'Am I to consult my parents about this? I indeed prefer Allah, His Apostle, and the Home of the Hereafter.' After that the Prophet (ﷺ) gave the choice to his other wives and they also gave the same reply as `Aisha did."
3. Aisha loved her marrisge and was posessive about it.
•She would not bear the criticism of prophet. If you read Sahih al-Bukhari 6030 you will find that she was angered and cursing the j 3 w s who were wishing death to the prophetﷺ. The prophetﷺ then told her to take it easy and the hadith goes on. So Will she appreciate present day mockery?
•Aisha was posessive about her marriage . You can get The reference from hadiths like bukhari 6004, Sunan an-Nasa'i 3956, ṣaḥīḥ ibn ḥibbān 3446 and the list goes on.

The answers clearly lie in the fact that such practices were acceptable 1400 years ago. Not only did the people live centuries earlier, but also they followed different customs. Therefore, there was no reason for anyone to question the Prophet Muhammad's actions.
Why did the prophet marry 9 years old?
He married Aisha to Increase the number of female teachers who would convey to Muslims what they had learned from the Prophet since they see and hear him inside their houses. The Prophet knew that Aisha's intelligence would benefit the Muslims by transmitting knowledge from his life inside the house to educate others was not privy to. Aisha was a great teacher after the death of Prophet Muhammad and many Muslims benefited from her knowledge of Islam. Aisha narrated close to 2,210 hadiths (hadith is the record of the traditions or sayings of the Prophet Muhammad).
It becomes clear, then, why Allah ordered the Prophet Muhammad to marry Aisha as narrated in the authentic Hadith where Aisha says:
Allah's Messenger said to me, "You have been shown to me twice in (my) dreams. A man was carrying you in a silken cloth and said to me, 'This is your wife.' I uncovered it, and behold, it was you. I said to myself, 'If this dream is from Allah, He will cause it to come true.'"
The truth of the matter is that opponents of Islam attacked the Prophet Muhammad in an effort to put him down without bothering to read the history. For such individuals, here is a short history lesson to help them to understand:
1- Let us first read what the Jewish holy scriptures say about marrying a minor. Whom Jesus was one of them and he came NOT TO DESTROY THE LAW.
Ishut 15:7 A man should not marry a barren women, an elderly woman, an aylonit or A MINOR who is not fit to bear a child *UNLESS* he has already fulfilled the mitzvah of being fruitful and multiplying, or he has another wife with whom he can father children.
"Unless" means the Jewish man can marry a minor if he has already fulfilled the mitzvah of being fruitful?
As you can read, if the man has another wife who can have children, he is allowed to marry a MINOR who is still under the age of getting pregnant.

2- One must first understand that 1400 years ago was different than today. The laws, culture, and age of puberty and maturity for girls differed. Back then it was common to marry young girls. It is a fact that 1400 years ago girls of Aisha’s age were considered young women. Girls of the 7th century matured earlier than girls in our present century. Also, it is a fact that girls living in hot climates are known to reach puberty earlier in life than their counterparts living in cold climates.
3- Next, we have to consider the fact that girls from ages 9 to 14 were being married in Europe, Asia, and Africa. As a matter of fact, in the United States, until the mid-1960s, girls were allowed to marry at the age of 7 in Delaware and at 10 in many other states. Check what The Roy Rosenzweig Center for History and New Media (CHNM) at George Mason University put in the "Children and Youth in History" article on its website.
3- Further, here are some additional historical facts that warrant our attention:

The Prophet Muhammad did not marry Aisha to please his physical desires. Had he done so, he would have married other young girls. Instead, all of his other wives were widows or older women.
Therefore, one must educate oneself by reading the history like the facts mentioned above, before making decisions about events that occurred centuries earlier.

Let me debunk this for you in the simplest way. It clearly says; he was TOLD of her birth. Meaning, she could have been any age. They didn't have internet back then, news could take a while. A few people born were mentioned, were they all born at the same time? See how that logic crumbles? A family member of yours could have a child in 2024, but due to circumstances you didn't hear of that birth until the child was already 5, meaning you HEARD of their birth in 2029.
