The Tragic end - Muhammad’s Family Destroyed -7 (educatedmuslim.com)
The Prophet did the Mubahalah (tafsir Qur'an, Surah Ali 'Imran, v. 61) against the Christians of Najran in October of 631. He thought he was the winner when the Christians didn’t come around. Instead he died in June of 632, less than a year from the Mubahalah.
All his family that came to the Mubahalah, Ali, Fatima, Hasan, Huseyn died in terrible ways.
The Prophet said in Qur'an, Surah Al-haqqah, v. 44-46 that Allah would cut his aorta if he made up Allah’s words. But then in Bukhari he claimed Allah had done just that and caused him to die.

Narrated `Aisha: The Prophet (ﷺ) in his ailment in which he died, used to say, “O `Aisha! I still feel the pain caused by the food I ate at Khaibar, and at this time, I feel as if my aorta is being cut from that poison.“
The Mubahalah, Quran, and hadith all prove Muhammad was a false prophet.
Information from Sunni sources about the Fatima incident that caused her to get miscarriage and eventually died (apart from numerous shia sources):
1. “It is stated that Umar rushed (to the door of the House of Fatimah) and brought them forcibly while telling them that they must give their oath of allegiance willingly or unwillingly.”

6. ‘Ali and Abbas were sitting inside the house of Fatimah, Abu Bakr told Umar: “Go and bring them; if they refuse, kill them.” Umar brought fire to burn the house. Umar replied: “Yes I will, by Allah, until they come out and pay allegiance to the Prophet’s Caliph.”

When I asked her about that, she replied, The Prophet (ﷺ) told me that he would die in his fatal illness, and so I wept, but then he secretly told me that from amongst his family, I would be the first to join him, and so I laughed." [Sahih al-Bukhari 3625]
Āishah (rA) also narrates that when the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was presented with the question, “Which of your wives will be reunited with you first [in the hereafter]?” he ﷺ responded, “The fastest of you in catching up with me will be the one with the longest arm among you.” Due to that statement, ‘Āishah (rA) reports that his wives used to speculate, and even measure against the wall, which wife had the longest arm. Sawadah bint Zam‘ah (rA) was the tallest of them, but when Zaynab bint Jaḥsh (rA) died first, they realized “longest arm” meant most charitable. ‘Āishah (rA) says, “Zaynab had the longest arm among us, because she used to work with her hands and donate from her earnings.”

I was born in a Christian country Britain and saw chaos in the Middle East throughout my childhood, it mad me very worried when people started moving here when I was still young. 3) First off, John 20:17 disproves Islam just off the fact that Jesus calls the God He is referring to as, “Father”, although Allah is supposed to be a father to no one. This fact alone proves that the god of Muhammed is not the same God revealed in the person of the Lord Jesus.
Be that as it may, Jesus shows that His relationship with God is different and unique from all the rest. As Robert M. Bowman Jr. notes:

If had only bothered to read 11 verses later, Jesus is called Lord and God…something He even blesses:
“Thomas answered Him, ‘my Lord and my God!’ Jesus said to him, ‘because you have seen Me, have you believed? Blessed are they who did not see, and yet believed.’” John 20:28-29
1. YHWH alone is God (Deuteronomy 4:35).
2. Christ proclaims that the Father is His God and the God of His followers (John 20:17).
3. At the same time, Thomas worshipped Christ as His God and he wasn’t the only one to do so (John 20:28, Titus 2:13-14, 2 Peter 1:1).
4. However, Jesus is not the Father but the Father’s Son, and therefore personally distinct from Him (John 8:14-19).
5. Yet, even though they are distinct, both the Father and the Son are one in essence and ability (John 10:27-33).

The curse from Allah could be instantaneous.
The verses are as follows:
"And to whomsoever disputes with thee over it, after the knowledge that has come unto thee, say, "Come! Let us call upon our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves. Then let us pray earnestly, so as to place the curse of God upon those who lie."
After these verses were revealed to The Prophet (SAW), he set out with his daughter, Fatima (RA), Ali (RA), Hassan (RA) and Husayn (RA) to attend the mubahala against the Christians. When the Christian chiefs saw Muhammad (SAW) had come with his family to attend the mubahala they were frightened. The Prophet (SAW) placed his beloved family under his cloak, after witnessing this the Christians backed down and accepted to pay jizya. Some sunni sources state some of the christians converted to Islam.
