The muse ships are the same girl but completely different rigging.
These "II"s are same name ships but newer (similar to how Emden are 2 different ships named Emden in 1) are essex-class but bear the same name as the pervious ships, they aren't modernized or upgraded.
Remember, the kansen origins are still based on real life.

Farewell to my Elite Yorktown & Hornet...to my Rare Northampton & Retrofit Elite Hammann....after years of waiting for their Retrofit, it didn't come but what came is their new Ship Forms to be gacha again...time to retire them.
Hope that it will not happen to others like UR Laffey & SRR Glowworm...especially to UR Enterprise.
