Thanks for this! The best video on the subject because you show every step with an explanation, and also the products you use which clears any confusion for beginners.

Nice job!
Fantastic
A shot of the finished door in it's entirety (not just the top half) would have been nice, just a suggestion.🤷♂
I was just about to ask what the moulding name was as it's really nice. Is it a 2 piece?
I did plinth blocks on my doors in the hall but they're just square blocks with a small chamfer on the 3 edges. I much prefer them like you have where they follow the shape of the architrave.
But what's the point in that, if they are the same as the architrave, surely you'd just do the architrave down to the skirting? 🤷♂
Hi. Could the architrave not go right to the edge of the frame, ie without 5 or 6mm gap around the door frame?
Ideally there needs to be at least a 3mm gap otherwise it may cause problems.

Thanks. In what way. Like I don’t want that 5mm lip before I fit. I like the clean appearance of you know what I’m lm after

The nail gun literally runs the surface finish on the wood.
ruins?
@@neilbroomfield3080 correct. That would be a typo.
What a load of messing about .
A person could be forgiven for assuming the door lining is square ,that angle finding was a great tip, well done .👍👍📐📐
