You both switched lanes at the same time, but at different speeds, which is why he didn't see you. He appeared to be driving casually, still in the wrong.
I was well over before he even started to switch, but I figure those trucks have a pretty large blind spot so I'd give him benefit of the doubt. I was driving casually as well but had to speed up so I wouldn't end up on the shoulder. mistakes happen on both our parts

@@ghostf82 nah those trucks have tow mirrors which easily show the blind spots. he just wasnt paying attention
