This is how to do and practice a kickflip, a trick where you spin the board with your front toe while doing an Ollie. Sorry but it is not the front foot specifically or the kick who does the flip, it is the body doing a jump backwards. He started the jump here (5:06) and landed here (5:09). You can see how the skater shrugs the body up in the air at the highest point of the jump (See 5:08).
