  • Hey Everyone I want to start off by saying if your looking to do this yourself at home " DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK AND I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL" and also let you know it can be done. I also don't crank down on the straps due to me not wanting to risk any damage to the tire itself internally. This set up is not recommended but due to tire companies not making a reasonable rounded tire for the back this is our option for us scooter owners looking to have a modded more awesome looking bike/scooter. At the end of the day you do what you like and all im trying to do is help you better understand what goes into making this set up possible. I hope this information helps you and stay tune for my Ruckus build vlog 2021 and ill see you on the next one.
    Parts used in video
    1.Dawn soap and water mix
    2.Spray bottle
    3.Tire levers (I used one)
    4.Wheels
    5.Tires
    6.Ratchet Straps (2 large or 3 small)
    7.Bead blaster

9.Something to hold it from blasting away like a wall.
10.Thick blanket or towel on floor to protect wheels.
11.Tape for levers and tank tip from scratching wheel.
    12. Noon time sun or heater placed at a safe distance just in case to finish the bead.

Good job. When my bead popped it was a magic moment. I did this the other day. I wanted to post it ,but it was a lot of work. The front was easy a 2.50x17. The rear was a nightmare 4.50x12. I used three motorcycle spoons, 10 gallons of air, 1 ratchet strap, soap ,a scrubber and and a lot of persuasion. I hope I don't have to do again that for at least a few years .
