I'm carnivore and I'm70 years old and on Medicare BUT I don't take any meds and I don't go to drs unless I'm sick and I mean I have to be real sick to go. My next bloodwork is in October and I will turn 55, and all I want is a 5.0 or below A1C. 7 years ago I died for the 5th time, I was 48 years old and the doctors told me that I will not see the age of 50, I fired them all. I haven't even had to go to the ER and I had Covid 3 times during the pandemic. It has been a long journey but I'm proof that it can be done. Word of advice, if you know someone that doesn't have quality of life, send them videos of Carnivore UA-cam Doctors, let these people have hope and life again.

Suffered from IBD for almost 10years. Meat brought my life back to normal. No meds and have controlled my IBD symptoms for about 9 years now. Now that I have my digestive health back I can eat just about anything but 70% of my diet is ground beef, eggs and rice.
My Dad raised 100% organic beef. It wasn't called that in those days, but he thought the meat wasn't any good if you added antibiotics or fed grain. The cows were open range and they foraged. He did have the Vet come and treat injuries but that cow could not be butchered and was shipped. People often loved the meat but some people thought it tasted strange. He also humanely slaughtered the cow so there was no adrenaline coursing through the meat. If it accidentally happened, we ended up having to eat it. Mostly we had good healthy, great tasting beef. When I moved away to college, I was always disappointed when trying to find a great tasting steak. I didn't know why it was always tasteless. Now I buy only organic, grass fed beef. My Dad knew and he loved his cows.

I have been strict carnivore for 7 months. I have been healthy all of my life and now am 71 years old. I just developed DVT and have 3 blood clots in my left leg. I am normal BMI and never a drinker or smoker. They found Lupas anticoagulant in my blood test. So I am wondering if going strict carnivore meaning grass fed beef, pasture raised eggs, Ghee and butter could have caused the blood clots???

When President Trump dropped weight this past year it was pretty clear he was at least doing Keto if not Carnivore. He eats lots of beef and one article along with an interview said he had stopped eating buns with his burgers. He has said he hates the bullet proof vests they make him look fat.

While I understand you not wanting to get "political" or talk about who you would vote for I would like to mention (since I've nothing to lose or gain) that voting for Harris/Dems (which are in lockstep with the WEF) will get us that much closer that much sooner to 1) either having only synthetic meat and/or 2) bugs as a primary "meat" source. Now I know that's what most (should be ALL) Carnivore/Keto people don't want...so keep this in mind if you planning on voting this November.

I like Trump and I like Kennedy, I like Elon. Elon has interviewed both candidates and he chose Trump. I do hope if Trump wins that he will work with Kennedy. I also think they both pick great VP's. But I also think it's us that needs to make the changes, the more we buy from our cattle ranchers the demand will expand and prices will go down. Another subject, if you have children, teach them life lessons because our school system doesn't, get them to help fixing and building things around the house. Show them it's ok to go to a Vo Tech school, and that there is nothing wrong with blue collar jobs. Blue collar jobs is what built America and we need to rebuild it. Most importantly feed your children the right food, they will be stronger and smarter. You are right Dr Baker, the push for more drugs is not the answer, but if we stopped eating process foods then we won't have to worry about the drugs. I love the Carnivore Community, I have learned so much, I started carnivore in March, was keto for about a year and lost some weight but still had a handful of drugs I was taking 2X a day and insulin once a week, now I'm 50 lbs less and my A1C was 9.9 and now 6.6. My next bloodwork is in October and I will turn 55, and all I want is a 5.0 or below A1C. 7 years ago I died for the 5th time, I was 48 years old and the doctors told me that I will not see the age of 50, I fired them all. I haven't even had to go to the ER and I had Covid 3 times during the pandemic. It has been a long journey but I'm proof that it can be done. Word of advice, if you know someone that doesn't have quality of life, send them videos of Carnivore UA-cam Doctors, let these people have hope and life again.

Canada's department of Health has advised that manufacturers/sellers do not have to label lab grown/cloned meat. Beware in USA many states also don't have to tell you what the meat is. Very scary.

As a Carnivore, of course, I will support every effort, and candidate, that appreciates the values of choice of diet. Prayerfully, an esteemed and concentrated effort will be made, that debunks hyper fear rhetoric around beef. And that a foundation of responsible herding, and maintaining of cattle be a priority before any tyrannical controls are set.
RFK seems focused on blaming vaccines for many health issues- that may be so I am not a health expert, but I believe sugar and seed oils is a bigger issue to public health!

Suffered from IBD for almost 10years. Meat brought my life back to normal. No meds and have controlled my IBD symptoms for about 9 years now. Now that I have my digestive health back I can eat just about anything but 70% of my diet is ground beef, eggs and rice.
My Dad raised 100% organic beef. It wasn't called that in those days, but he thought the meat wasn't any good if you added antibiotics or fed grain. The cows were open range and they foraged. He did have the Vet come and treat injuries but that cow could not be butchered and was shipped. People often loved the meat but some people thought it tasted strange. He also humanely slaughtered the cow so there was no adrenaline coursing through the meat. If it accidentally happened, we ended up having to eat it. Mostly we had good healthy, great tasting beef. When I moved away to college, I was always disappointed when trying to find a great tasting steak. I didn't know why it was always tasteless. Now I buy only organic, grass fed beef. My Dad knew and he loved his cows.

Trump eats McDonald's which is not the same as a carnivore diet. His policies weaken protections for farmers and ranchers. He doesn't believe in climate change, which is affecting the range lands and water resources ranchers need to survive. He is only interested in helping the ultra rich make more money. Please do not think he gives a hoot about farmers or ranchers. Look at his actions not his words (granted, he is rarely coherent but even his ramblings are lies).
I appreciate your information about carnivore and the science has merit, but somehow thinking Trump aligns with the carnivore diet or ideals (again, McDonald's does not equal carnivore) makes me rethink the diet itself. There is a strong pro-Trump sentiment in carnivore and it really makes me question sanity of the movement. Does the carnival barker persona really work? Isn't it obvious that he is the tiny man behind the curtain, not the great and powerful Oz? We've all met people that puff up their chest and act like a tuff guy, but it's so obvious that they are insecure and it is all an act to cover that up. Please don't fall for it...again. Hi Dr. Baker love your videos! I am from Canada and that getting rid of meat scares the sh*t out of me. I suffer from UC and i am carnivore for 10 months now. Carnivore diet allow me to live a normal life without meds. Red meat is basically my cure :,(.

Dr. Baker, someone just needs to have a meeting with Trump and Musk to inform them on how pharmaceuticals can be the last result if humans know that carnivore can heal just as good and is natural. Then it anyone is addicted to plants then inform them on low carb keto! That would change their minds on how they think about big pharma. I have been strict carnivore for 7 months. I have been healthy all of my life and now am 71 years old. I just developed DVT and have 3 blood clots in my left leg. I am normal BMI and never a drinker or smoker. They found Lupas anticoagulant in my blood test. So I am wondering if going strict carnivore meaning grass fed beef, pasture raised eggs, Ghee and butter could have caused the blood clots???
