This is one of my favourite Lana covers, especially from the earlier eras. This was also one of the only songs that had Lana singing with someone else and it was so nice to hear the blend - that has since changed with the latter half of Lana's discography.

That's her ex Barrie, he's an amazing singer.
They had that iconic relationship once and most of her songs were subjected about him if i am not wrong. He went through depression and heard he still dont believe its over for them. Correct me if i am speaking about the right guy but I remember this story of this one. 💙 lovea BFR.

The original was done by Lee Hazelwood and Nancy Sinatra in 1966.
Lee and Nancy is the second version. Lee recorded it first with Suzi Jane Hokom and it is very difficult to tell the two women apart.
