Now you are just taunting me😂😂😂😂. I made your tree three times because my daughters “stole” the first two, I even made your skinny bench a few times, which I love, but I’m no spring chicken so a total bathroom renovation is out of the question🤪. All I can say is wow…you did an amazing job, and what a beautiful transformation. That just increased the value of your home👍🥰.
Oh my goodness, that is so funny!! 😂 You are the DIY tree expert at this point, haha You should do your own video about it, you have more experience than me at this point. I hope the skinny benches turned out well. Thank you for your support, I really appreciate you watching! ☺️
Wow Best Bathroom on a budget I’ve seen… Great explanation on the DIY’s. 🙌🏻 It turned out beautifully. Thank you for sharing! Gave me much needed inspiration to tackle my small upstairs bathroom.
Thanks so much! 😊 I hope your refresh turns out great! Will you perhaps be redoing cabinets and counters or just decor? I am also working on our guest bathroom and I have a lovely new shower curtain rod I need to install and a new extra long curtain on the way. I can't wait to get them up. 😌
Love this transformation. Truly beautiful on a budget. I love learning new pain techniques since replacing cabinets can be very expensive. A new coat of paint can give cabinets many more years of life. I’d suggest just buying new faucets. Changing our small, bathroom, faucets is cheap and easy to do yourself. You’re spending almost as much on spray paint and brushes.
I love your effortless style and this diy - it looks new and bright and well put together. Thank you for the step by step instructions, if I ever renovate a bathroom I’ll look back to this video to copy what you’ve done
We’ve been planning to use that countertop kit in our kitchen on the laminate countertops we currently have. Seeing this transformation made me even more excited to do it.
WOW!! What a tremendous difference! It's amazing you pulled that off by just changing the finishes on everything - no replacements, other than decor. Great job!! ❤
Thanks so much! Our cabinets in the kitchen are the same as the bathrooms were, and I can't wait to show you guys the difference in the kitchen once the cabinets and countertops are done 😍
Thanks! Yes it's pretty cool! You should check out the blog post that I initially looked at where she used it in her kitchen. It's very informative and shows really good pictures. It's linked in the description box ☺️
How wonderful to transform your space this way. I’m always so in awe of taking, to me, huge risks with something like the countertops and they always turn out great ❤ You did a beautiful job marrying the dated tub with your new aesthetic 💕
Oh my word! What a great job! And how well you explained it. You really have polished speaking skills and teaching abilities! I don’t know how to do anything. Ha ha. Literally a late-in-life decorator and thrifter. About to hang my first curtains (usually just use valances and blinds). Learning so much from you!
Thank you! I really appreciate it 😊 What a momentous step to hang your first curtains! I love that. I just really began learning about decorating maybe 2 years ago and I have learned so much.
Your bathroom vanity re-do is outstanding! I just want to paint my vanity a new color, but I'm afraid it will look streaky or bad. I also love all of your tips for making or purchasing dupes! Keep all of the videos coming! Great job again! The bathroom decor also looks lovely. 😊
I used that counter product in my mother's kitchen pre-covid and it's still holding up!! Her kitchen gets some serious use! Also used it in a rental property. It's much easier to use than some other products.
That's great to hear! It seems very durable and as I said after talking to Sarah (the blogger) and hearing her tell me how it's held up, I wasn't worried on that front. I also found it pretty easy to do which was great!
I am in the end part of my similar bathroom makeover. Same 90’s bathroom. I did take on the plumbing part with my husband and boy was that challenging!! The faucets hadn’t been replaced for 25 years when we built the house. I painted my cabinets too and I just love the difference. I didn’t take on the challenge of the counters but I think they match the new cabinet color. Thanks you for sharing.
Great! My husband was saying that due to some dripping that he can't get to stop he is probably going to go ahead and replace the faucets at some point soon. He didn't say that until I had already painted them... 😅 But these will be great in the meantime!
@@TashaatHome Just a little tip about buying faucets. We bought some on Amazon and the parts are all plastic and now the water has a horrible taste to it and I can't get it to go away. I keep running the faucet (that is what I read when I googled it).Look for metal parts.
Hi Tasha ❤, well...I hate my bathroom...and I hate it even more now that I have seen yours!!!! BUT, you have inspired me AGAIN to do freshening up. Thank you for sharing your bathroom journey with us and very well done xxxxx
Wow it looks fabulous!! I know it was a lot of work, but the result is so worth it. I couldn't and wouldn't want to do it, but I liked watching it get done...lol
Really beautiful makeover, Tasha! I do hope you are proud of yourself. ❤ My master bath has oak cabinets and oak floors, it's killing me! I'm too busy working on the rest of the things. Awesome inspo with the SW color! Thank you for taking the time and sharing the updates.
Fantastic job Tasha!! What a transformation!! The cabinets blend in so good with the tile around the bath area. Your counter turned out wonderful!! Just goes to show that we can still have a beautiful home on a budget. You did it the smart way!! Well done!!! 👍👍👍
Thank you! 😊 I'm glad it turned out okay! I practiced the paint technique on a scrap first but was a little nervous about the counter to be honest. However, it was so easy and came out good! I'm glad I went for it.
Ong! I had the same exact bathroom and did similar updates a few years ago. Your updates turned out great! I had a plumber replace my faucets but wish I had tried your technique first to save some money. I painted my cabinets navy blue which toned down the peachy color look of the counters and made them look more of a neutral beige color.
Sooo pretty! You did a great job! ❤ Love the calming neutrals. I did a small cabinet with a very similar technique, but want to try the antler velvet color paint in place of the tan color I used. Mine had too much pink in it.
Thank you! 😊 Yes I agonized over which base color to use haha. I saw someone use this color and thought it looked perfect, plus I prefer SW colors, and it worked out great :)
Huge transformation within a small budget. It looks high end, fresh, as well as stylish. Absolutely gorgeous ♥️
Thanks so much! 😊

Amazing transformation! We just bought a house and that is such a great way to save on cabinets!
It really is! You have to take you time but it's not difficult. My kind of project ☺️
I admire your work ,, this is amazing how you turn your old bathroom to a new modern one 👏👏👏
You should be proud of yourself ❤
Thanks so much! 😊 I really appreciate your comment!
I have never heard of a product like the mineral countertop. Everything turned out so pretty! Amazing what paint and hard work can do!
Thank you so much! It was worth it--I love it!
Yes, amazing you did this all by yourself. I’m sure you’re proud of your work. The bathroom looks beautiful and very up to date. Great job!
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it 😌
Love it! You did a great job on this-thanks for sharing! ❤😊

I think same as you … cabinets etc.
I’m all about budget decorating. Goes to show that most anyone can have nice things with a little creativity and patience! Very pretty
Oh boy, me too! Thank you 😊
is there anything you can't do??? You inspire for sure. Thank you.
Thanks for the kind words! 😊

I think we will because one is leaking and won't stop despite a fix. But I wanted to show how it can be done with zero renovations 🤗
Wow! You did a fantastic job on that refresh!
Thank you! 😊 It was satisfying!
Looks so good! So different! New life to old items that were tired but in good condition! 🎉❤
Thank you! It's very satisfying too for sure 😊
Your bathroom turned out just beautifully. Good job! Thank you so much for taking us along on your styling journey.🩷🥰
