This is far more common than you would think, hundreds of millions is wasted every year like this - next time you see some 6 figure pen pusher say more money is needed remember they waste about 1/3 of everything you pay into it. Nat should sent this to the head of her NHS trust and ask for a statement, after all her taxes paid for this.
