Had me in tears passed 34 years of my life in that buildings Happy, Sad and fantastic times THANK YOU LEISURE BOWL breaks my heart that you are reduced to this 💔🖤
Seeing the place like this is quite sad. I live not too far away from the leisure bowl and I remember going there years ago. Crazy how it looks like this now. I believe it was set on fire earlier this year.
Glad I came across your channel 😊, Im new to exploring so it's great seeing these type of videos and to pick up great tips to help me along the way. I just liked and subscribed x
Believe it or not but this leisure centre only closed down during covid like everything else and they just never opened it back up!!! 2 years and the state of it is absolutely shocking!! 2 years on and the kids in alloa still have no swimming pool
Hey, where about were the photos in the centre and how long ago were you in it (not sure if you waited a while to post the video after filming)? I want to try and retrieve the photos for someone who worked there for 20 years, I can’t work out which room the photos are in xxx
Wow… it’s so sad to see the place like this. I went here a lot as a kid with friends and family over the years. It looks post apocalyptic now. Such a shame.
We once as kids were at a wedding in the morning outside church to watch the money throwing scramble. We each got enough to go swimming that day which was 80p
Every time the train pulls into Alloa station, I think ‘why the hell was this allowed to happen?’. Seriously it would not have taken that much of a capital investment to keep this place open for another five years, giving the Council time to look at a permanent replacement but NO our Councillors wanted to spend £2.16m on a temporary pool (now abandoned when costs increased to over £3.4m). Seriously you could not make this sort of thing up.
Cant believe the state of it now its sad to see i learned to swim there when i was a kid, dont understand why neds feel the need to smash up everything
Can't afford to keep it opened, but can afford to house millions of illegal immigrants in hotels and council houses around the UK But it's acceptable for local Children to do without .
Wow my childhood Swimming pool crazy to see it like this now .
8:40 best pic
this is so sad. I used to go here for lessons quite a few years ago and loved it, breaks my heart to see it like this.

I was raised in clackmannan and we would go here swimming and playing pool or snooker and arcades in the early 80s
Believe it or not but this leisure centre only closed down during covid like everything else and they just never opened it back up!!! 2 years and the state of it is absolutely shocking!! 2 years on and the kids in alloa still have no swimming pool
The swimming pool was shit before that it didn’t even have a deep end lol

How do u get in
I grew up going here when I was a child omg how the hell did you get in 🥺 I would love to know
I walk past here often, at the car park around the back, go down the other side off it and I'm sure a door was busted in.
Where is it

But it's acceptable for local Children to do without .
And some pretty Gucci ones too
Very presumptuous to say that it was kids that wrecked the place
Not presumptuous when I've seen the vid of them doing it
@@pigdogurbex Also another building adjacent to this that's known for vandalism by folk too right?
