Man really good to see Kentucky lake making its way back . Im from north Al. Shoals area , and fish Pickwick and Wilson lake so blessed to have good fisheries close to home . I had the opportunity to fish Kentucky lake several times from 2001 to about 09 it was so good I’m glad to see it is on rebound I hear the carp really hurt it the past decade
Great video Gabe! Really enjoyed your interactions with your boater, man it's so cool when you get in the boat with two people who are ultimately just rooting for each other. They're definitely the silent majority on socials but you had a great finish and are killing it this year!
Hey Gabe good luck at your tournament have a great day out there and be safe and God bless you and your family. Ps I like how humble you are bro your a awesome person and I'll be watching your channel until I die. Gabe I like the blue tail on the end of your tube.
@@TheTinHorseMonty you too my friend maybe after I get my hip surgery we can go fishing one day when you're not busy. Gabe I live 8 miles from Stockton lake. You have an excellent attitude bro. Ps I be more than happy to pay for gas in your boat . Just to go fishing with the TIN HORSE MONTEY . It's always a pleasure talking to you. God bless.
Good tourney! I’m also a believer in Bait Fuel, 2 really specific times in a bfl. I won’t soak my plastics with it cause I heard it can alter the colors(robo worms) but I will dab on my plastics every few cast. It definitely can’t hurt!
Nice work! Not sure if it’s just the camera, but it seems like your casts are buttery smooth with a really nice quiet entry into the water (I wish mine were as good lol)
I think the tube is a great follow up bait to a jig because jigs fall faster and they fall strait down the Texas rigged tube has that slow spiral that will catch those finicky bass that said no to the jig out front, an experienced angler move, for a co angler following up a jig, couldn't have made a better choice in my opinion but, I am partial to the tube I fish it year round the most underrated plastic and not utilized near enough its old school knowledge, i rarely if ever see anyone in my area using it, my advantage, on heavy pressured water was pleasantly surprised to see you pitching it, underrated bait, Ive been using the jig rig as of late we've got some terrible green angel hair moss, stuff really sucks, but it's a trick to get down threw it without mucking it up I've almost always got one tied on, they make a larger salt water version that just kills the big bass, its 6 and half inch tube, always trying to throw something different from everyone else and something you they haven't seen a million times, congrats again on a great day of fishing smarter and not harder, there really is no substitute for experience way to go Gabe.
@@TheTinHorseMontyI live about 45 miles south in Tn but I come up there every day I’m off work when the wind isn’t crazy. I have a 17’ Stratos. Not too fast but fishes good.

Thanks David. I try to keep the splash back low with a quiet entry. I’m a work in progress. Cool you notice the small details
They call him the mailman because he delivers!

Hey way to go man, impressive 13th is inside the top ten percentile out of 135, where'd ya get the goggles? genius.
Thanks buddy. Ordered the goggles online. The co angler takes a lot of wind

He was having fun
