These are perfect for someone like me. I'm mainly a bass player, who likes recording guitar as well. I don't have a proper recording amp for guitar though. These mini pedals could be a live saver for me! Preamp + Cab sim in one, and not expensive at all! My next purchase will defenitly be one or twho of these, and the new Mooer Ocean Machine. Gotta give HeavyDevy some love ;)
This will be really interesting to hear some sounds from in reviews. Imagine putting a few of these on your pedalboard and switching them in and out with a loop switcher, using one for your rhythm sound and another for your lead sound.
Don't sleep on Mooer Pedals ( and gear ). I was skeptical, and recently bought an E-Lady Flanger. It is Very Impressive. I would absolutely purchase another pedal from them. They are making some Really Nice Stuff. - Michael Caz - NYC -
Yeah, Mooer isn't just cynically churned out stuff. They're starting to be a proper innovator. First time I realised they had it down was the Green Mile, which is one of the best TS overdrives out there. Use their tuner. Would definitely look to any of their gear. The demos I've heard of these pre-amps are pretty remarkable. They've really brought non-sucky modelling to a new, low price point.
AMT was already hard to get and expensive here in Mexico, I really look forward to try these. The two rock sounded great, I really hope they are doing a Soldano and a JTM, no list of models in their website yet.
Really nice idea! I would love to grab that two rock preamp. Anyone has any idea when are they commin' out to the market? I've searched the biggest dealers in europe and hadn't find any information on these.
Love the vids! Keep it up! Can we get a vid of Mooer's other offerings? Specifically I'm interested in the "Free Step" Volume/Wah and the other red rocker pedal I've seen pictures of beside it. Thank you!
no hornet coverage? I'm also waiting for someone to do a shootout video of pedal pre amps or just pedals designed to sound like amps vs the real amps, I'm shocked NO1 has done this yet, i think Andertons should be the guys to do this since you guys did a good job with my modeling amp shootout idea
I fell in love with these pedals, and i plan on getting the 001 diesel or the 009 blacknight. If your amp doesn't have a fx loop can you run it threw the front of the amp? The only thing I hear wrong is the volume when running it threw the front. But when u turn up the volume on the amp or pedal, it sounds just as good as running it threw the fx loop
I have the AMT SS-11A. I love it, it's paid for itself many times over. However, the Mooer takes up WAY less room, and uses a pretty common power source (you HAVE TO use the AMT power supply with the unit due to it's requirements). This makes the Mooer an easy choice. That said, I'm keeping my AMT.
I wanna see what that amp sounds like with my old Ada MP1 and MP2 that I have sitting around. Been wanting something reasonable with tubes that would give me an excuse to use them again.
Check out Ola Englund's preview of these, they seriously sound immense, i'm gonna fork out for the EVH 5150 one and just buy a 5150 2x12, save myself a grand for something that sounds almost indistinguishable from the real thing.
Me too. Currently I am already using the ISP Stealth Power amp but it is a clean sound, I think some people would look for a tube based power amp for a more realistic tone of some vintage sounds.
Here they say $100 for the preamp pedals. Not bad, if you ask me. www.musicradar.com/news/guitars/namm-2017-mooer-teases-10-guitar-preamp-mini-pedals-646760
That's cheap. You get a 2-channel preamp, inbuilt cab sim and storeable presets in a size you can slip in a gig bag or in your overhead storage? I'd say that's a bargain, even as a backup
Mooer are stepping it up again this year. Love the different ideas they are bringing to the market.
mooer stepping up their game
The first Two Rock tone clean was just amazing. Pretty impressive.
that two rock blew my mind
"And we're working on some bass preamps"
Looks like Mooer will be receiving some *mooer* of my money in the future.
I see what you did there. Like you meant you are going buy more of their pedals, right?
I hope they make a Sunn Model T version ö
Mooer are bloody great.
Wow, that first clean sound was amazing.
Wow. That will do indeed Mick. Great idea for a pedal.
super impressed with not only the Two Rock but the pedals in general
This was the best product of NAMM for me. 30 watt amp in a 2 inch by 4 inch pedal. And the new guitar preamp pedal. Amazing sounding stuff.
that amp sounds amazing
OMG the two rock preamp sounds so great! and very testy on the drive channel as well.

Was that some Doyle Bramhall I was hearing from Mick? Nice.

Marc Stanford what is the name of the ds-1 clone?

Javier Aldan amts are amazing
This is the perfect backup for any rig. Just chuck one of these in your guitarbag
I hate the way he just skips over the lunchbox power amp. That's the thing I'm most excited about!
I have the rumble drive but want to try one of these -just for more gain
Cool stuff. Can't wait to see it rebadged as Tom's Line for a third of the price.
These are very good
when are they shipping?

Sweet Mooer is improving their rep.
Fantastic idea. No more multi fx DSP limitations.
are these available in the us yet cause i couldnt find them online at guitar center or etc
release date on musicians friend??????? i m desperate for the 008

I want these to compare to amt

nice!
i want some!!
Hey! I need 010!!! How to by it?
I kept hearing square waves reminiscent of a silicon fuzz; I suspect the mic was clipping.

you still need a power amp of some sorts..
EHX 44 magnum :)
Ed Tryhardy hi-5 boii :D
How did you guys record the guitar?
How do you use a pedal like this? Straigth to a computer / mixer?
Mika Tarkela into the effects loop of An amp i think would be most common
Guess you could run IT front of amp, but wouldn't be much different from any other overdrive
should both be fine since they have a cab sim so you can use a mixer or an audio interface with cab sim on should be the way to go though.
Sh*t, sorry guys, I forgot to mention I was talking about the preamp pedal.. :D
Might be a good solution for playing live without an amp.
Hello, which of these Mooer Preamp simulates the Bogner Atma amplifier? Thank you!
Dumble?
would these be ideal just as a drive pedal? Into a normal amp?
Mooer do cheaper actual drive pedals which have more options.
I want to see a single head stereo amp that you can simply send stereo outs from a pedal board any drive a stereo cab. 20/30 watts a side.
i love orange
Guys... Its the Power Amp that I want... What a great idea.... Please tell the guys at Mooer to put that on the market
My english is not perfect, so i didn't really understand if those are analog or digital ??
Mr Jee85 it was hard to figure out what he said. I'm assuming they're digital.
I did some research to be 100% sure, they're actually digital. Thanks for your answer !
Am I the only one interested in the Engine Power Amp that appears in the video?
Me too. Currently I am already using the ISP Stealth Power amp but it is a clean sound, I think some people would look for a tube based power amp for a more realistic tone of some vintage sounds.
if these are under $100 i'm buying all of them. I'll pair them with a EH magnum 44 power amp and have the smallest rig in existence lol
85€ in europe :)
They didn't stay long. Mick didn't look overly impressed...
These will flood the market
when the heck are the stores gonna start carrying these little monsters? anybody?
i hope theyre not that expensive
It's Mooer, won't be.
well their new echoverb which is a delay and reverb pedal in one micropedal is price at $90. i was hoping it to be not more than $60 or less
Here they say $100 for the preamp pedals. Not bad, if you ask me.

damn 100$ for those ? no thanks

The pedals sound good but the knobs are flimsy plastic. Be careful with them, they won't take a beating.....
Brits, help me place the accent. Leeds?
I'm not British but it's a Newcastle accent.
Hm. I was hearing some Vic Reeves in there.
Yeah he's a tyneside "geordie"....Newcastle or possibly Sunderland...North East England anyway.
Damn. I used to be a lot better at this.
mick could make a turd sound good anyways
This totally wasn't stolen from AMT Electronics at all.
