I'm one of those Americans, because you emphasize skill, perseverance and good old fashioned hard work. You also respect your catch regardless of size or species, you take delight in all of them.Keep it up!
who oh why are you guys only on youtube? You should have your own TV show. Would be much better than all the boring coarse fishing shows on TV. Graham you are so cool. would love to meet you. Thanks
The beach fishing at Somerset is amazing I'm from Eastbourne and Somerset makes Eastbourne look fishless they've got it all love fishing into the surf of the sand and it's always good isn't it
Always love the beach fishing Videos. Don't get to do it as much since moving away as ide like so trying to learn other styles. Just started lure fishing for pike, and started fly fishing a few years ago and all thanks to the TA team. Keep up the good work.
I'm simply loving these beach fishing videos. We're getting ready for stripped bass fishing opening up in a few days here in New Brunswick, on the east coast of Canada. You've been a great source of tips, tricks and tackle setup, please keep these videos coming guys.
you should fish in sheerness- on- sea SE kent sheerness around the right side of the jety its amazing for smooth hound , doggy , bass, codling, and whiting and unfortunatly rockling
I know a very nice secret spot its a massive ledge with a deap and sudden drop off great for tope, smoothys, bass, cod and lots more. great video again guys 10/10
I have noticed that Graeme mentions the use of slipper limpets on alot of videos. I'm from the North East of England and you guys may know alot of our coastline is very rocky and there is millions of these things on the rocks. I want to know if there is any way anglers can freeze these baits such as we do with mussels etc to store for a later date and how?
I think it’s this episode where one of your fishing mates uses a very long rig, three hooks below the lead - I’m wondering if there are any details of this rig? I’ve tried tying similar to no avail due to constant tangles!
Interesting casting techniques going on there. Not sure of they were especially long rods they did look over 12ft. I did notice they only had short casting lengths. Can you tell me how long the rods were please it would help me understand the methods.
Looks like Branscombe to me. Anyway nice fish, nice video too. Just read your ood book about bass. Fascinating read, thanks Graeme. Another updated version would be great. Any hope ?
mark williams Hi mark, No more books with all the filming I'm doing. Not Branscombe either !! Good little spot, but helluva walk, both to the mark, then down and up with the tide.Enjoyed it though.Just had a mail from a guy reckons on 14/17lb bass from shore in North Devon. We'll see.
Hey Wasssssup!!?? Come to B.C. man we got everything here! Make a trip to Campbell River Vancouver Island! Me and my dad will set you up with A ton of fish man !!!
AbootTheSyrup Already done Vancouver Island. Fished out of Bamfield on the West coast from the fishing camp there. Superb experience. Did the rivers and the sea. Salmon,Halibut etc. They had self drive boats and we all had great fun. Thanks for the offer, you never know when or where we might turn up.BC certainly has world class fishing and scenery for sure.
well done and a good days fishing, craig's a real nice guy too..... just dont tell him.........I know the mark and i believe the opposite end of that beach to the right where the boulders are is also a great spot for hounds. Keep up the good work and just wondering have you done any vids on catching bass and mullet on the fly?
really love the videos best show ever!!! do you get any salmons in your area here in ontario, i wait for the time of season for the salmon and steelhead run best fighting fish
Hi Great video I know this question is a different subject but when you feeder fish with maggot feeder or cage feeders how long would you have the hooklink from the feeder thanks a lot BEST FISHING SHOW ON UA-cam :)
123dangam About 10 inches would be my average. I find that gets me the better bites. Also like to pull the feeder 12 inches as soon as it hits bottom to straighten out the hooklink and place it in a little trail of groundbait.
HI Graeme, quite new to the digging for bait scene. i have been on the beach digging for lugworm and been successful, now i would love to try for ragworm. What is the difference in ground, ie i know you cannot dig for ragworm in the same place i dig for lug, so where am i going wrong, where should i be digging. Thanks
Generally more gritty for Ragworm rather than the finer open sand. Best to ask in the area's tackle shop or better still contact your local sea fishing club.
@@TAFishing Thank you for the fast reply. just found your video on bait digging tips, ragworm, very helpful, i am learning so much from your video,s, great work.
ik mate there are Turbot everywhere from Minehead harbour all the way down to Grenaleigh! I had which weighed about 12oz's off Minehead harbour wall on the ebb tide that took a fillet of mackerel on a pulley rig with size 3/0 hooks literally about 10 yards out!
Great video could you please do something on carp fishing I'm into it at the minute and it would be really nice to know what awesome facts you could give me!!!!!
Somewhere between porlock and lymouth? Thats my pridiction but could be anywhere along there i miss the bristol channel the fishing is not the same here in east devon no cod
Connor Sharod We had worms but it was half a frozen sandeel the seemed to be doing the business. I shall certainly be using half sandeel baits again in surf conditions, particularly if the surf is up with those all important three tables of water.I did a lot in Ireland years ago,Inch Strand,Brandon etc so know how the locals pour to the beaches when the conditions are right.
TAFishing pretty obvious where it is if you know the Scummerset coast, and can probably even work it out from Google Maps. Out of respect for those involved I'll not say anything else.
saskaleb Come on....its never a risk where a Totally Awesome Fishing Show is concerned. As just a father & son combo we put in the full 100% if we can.Not a risk....more like a guarantee there will be some worthwhile info or tips in there.Keep watching.Loads more new films already been made and awaiting scheduling. I'm even excited myself and I have seen them all !!!......
TAFishing agree 100% , best fishing show on youtube (y) lot of passion and huge willing of sharing tips from years of experience , I learned a lot watching you and waiting fridays to see new tips. Keep it on.
Nothing personal but us Yankess here in New England consider most of the fish species you guys are catching over there TRASH FISH.. If its not a Striper or a big Blue or maybe a Flounder we don't want it..
Unfortunately we don't have a choice over here,we have to catch what is in front of us. If you travel down to Florida they probably wouldn't want to spend time catching Stripers,Bluefish or Flounders as they have the luxury of 300lb Grouper,500lb sharks,Sailfish,Marlin etc . Each area is different.
I understand... Of course those in Florida arnt catching those monsters from the beach... . But I know what your saying.. I was just trying to show your point of view.. Which is how areas are different. ButI must admit my initial comment seems a little bit trollish.. Sorry, love your videos by the way..
Actually they do catch Grouper over 300lbs and sharks to over 500lbs off the beach.Loads of vids out there. I have had plenty of Lemon and Bull sharks to 150lbs off the shore down the Florida Keys. Plus Tarpon over 100lbs,also from the shore at night on chunkbaits . Check out the World record Tiger Shark. Its somewhere around 1,700lbs...and wait for this...I recall it being caught from a pier !!
Very, very unususal to catch from Shore.. I lived in Florida for 3 years while serving in the US Navy... I suppose I could catch anything in the Sea from a Beach here but that would be silly to mention or to hope for,. Good luck waiting for your 300 pound Grouper from the Beachf!! I feel my initial comment still stands. The one prior to all this silliness of 300 lb. Groupers from the Beach... Im on my way out to try and snag me a Baskin Shark from Wollaston Beach! I once saw one of the Shore there.. Wish me luck!!

I'm not a fisherman, but I thoroughly enjoy this series. Always love seeing the different species you guys catch, and the great scenery!
I love watching bass released on a shallow beach. Fantastic fish
The beach fishing at Somerset is amazing I'm from Eastbourne and Somerset makes Eastbourne look fishless they've got it all love fishing into the surf of the sand and it's always good isn't it
What a brilliant series of films. I’ve watched them a few times now, I must go up there and have a fish.
I was just out fishing for the last two hour's and caught a bass and then I come home to find this' Brilliant thanks.

This show really loves up to its name. This really inspired me to start fishing again!! Thank you grayham and Mike (sorry if I spelt it wrong)
Another great vid TAF. Some of those turbos are not bad. Better than the tea bags we get here on the Isle of Wight.
Another great video Graham.....beautiful beach with what i like Turbot!!!
Love the beach quest vids.keep up the good work . Thanks
Omg this bass on my grill ... Some lime and 2 bottles of good red vine and my dinner is perfect. ....

If those flounder bite on lures why not just use lures? U dobt have to bring that tripod around and it seems more fun to use lures.

Hi
Great video I know this question is a different subject but when you feeder fish with maggot feeder or cage feeders how long would you have the hooklink from the feeder thanks a lot BEST FISHING SHOW ON UA-cam :)
123dangam 6-10 inches long from the feeder is the standard, however play around with it and see what works for you on your local waters. :)

OK will do thanks for reply
123dangam About 10 inches would be my average. I find that gets me the better bites. Also like to pull the feeder 12 inches as soon as it hits bottom to straighten out the hooklink and place it in a little trail of groundbait.

hi TAFishing i am about to start fishing and i really want to catch carp do you have any good tips and good baits
Graeme have you fished torcross beach is it any good ?
When will the new dropshot diary be out?
Do you reel in routinely and if so how long after casting?
Leave the bait out for about 20 minutes on average. All depends. It could be longer if the bait comes in untouched.
Bass are so delicious,, being a chef and an angler i've got to say, i think i would have taken those two home for dinner!!
they were both under size
I'd have about a 0/10 fishing that chocolate milk lol
