Personally I'd be quite happy with a 16" barrel. Better accuracy and substantially more thump.
Only thing I might be interested in doing is possibly putting a front post sight on the barrel cowitnessed to the aim point.
I like the 16" Barrel too!! Put the fake can on it and you're done!!

I don’t even know where to find these MFI styled ones in stock. They updated the look of the one they sell and the new one sucks compared to this one

They don't have this one in stock though!! They show it on their site, but no stock.
Anyone know why the PTR 9R has that long barrel but the PTR 9CT doesn't? Do those federal regulations not apply to the 9CT?
Gun rights infringements never make much sense but I believe the shorter ones are not allowed to have a proper stock on the back. "Braces" can be used but its all just a stupid game the atf is playing with us.
