Et si jamais on s'était persuadé que le balsa c'est mieux, impossible de ne plus considérer ceci comme du véritable aéromodélisme dans les règles de l'art ! (J'ai été initié par un ancien de la vieille école, le vol libre avec la minuterie :)

I am a horrible builder.
I like the hot glue because it dries so fast but it is heavy. this glue is lighter and stronger, I just need more patience.
I have to repeat each step three times and it still looks bad.
So thanks for the inspiration and proving that it can be done...

That is a great looking plane and I want to make it. Typically I have used 'blue fanfold foam', but I wanted to try this underlayment foam sheet. Sadly here in the USA I cannot find what you're using at my local Home Depot or Lowe's. :( Guess it's back to the blue stuff or FliteTest craft foam.

Please clear out the servos for me - in the plans you stated 4 different servos (4.1g and 8.6g) but here 6 x 5g. i guess 6 pieces is the correct ammount, since we have rudder, elevator, 2 flaps and 2 ailerons? (question might seem lame, but I'm a novice in RC planes)
6 servos Wingspan 1,5m = 9g, Wingspan 1m = 5g

I am planning a winter build of a Short Solent flying boat. They were traditionally white/cream in colour. Unfortunately, over the last few years it has become impossible to get white depron sheet, and I have grey (large) depron to use for the build.
Do you have any advice on how I would proceed with 'killing' the grey, and getting a nice white finish, please? Once again, thank you, take care,you and yours,

I finally got around to making the wing and as I feared, the foam does kink and break, despite my efforts to pre-bend it. I'll add material next to the kinks to restore the airfoil profile. Question: How are the flaps and aileron hinged? You show the vertical rudder and the rear stabilizer, but not the flaps and ailerons...😭
Are you using paper masking tape for bending? Flaps and ailerons hinged similarly rudder and elevator
@@NumaVIG Yes, next to severely rolling with a piece of pipe to pre-bend. My foam seems to be more brittle than what you use... Laminating film hinges it is. Currently waiting for the glue to set 100%, the HK Foam safe glue takes a long timeto set in my cold workspace.

El avión completo pesa 480 g. Está escrito en la descripción del video.
El material, como se ve al comienzo del video, se encuentra en bricocentros y es poliestireno XPS (extruido, no expandido: es una esponja única, no un compuesto de bolas) utilizado como sustrato para pisos flotantes, cuesta muy poco y se encuentra en paquetes de 4-5 mm de espesor, en promedio, alrededor de 10 euros (aquí en Italia) como pegamento, recomiendo el UHU por, que no disuelve el material u otro similar

How do I download the plans
I can't figure out if there are 6 Servos in the list of accessories, what is 6 for?
Two for the flaps, two for the ailerons, one for the rudder and one for the elevator.
