The game looks a lot like Remedy's Alan Wake, if that game didn't have any unique combat gameplay or replaced its bizarre and charming characters in a interesting storyline with a very dull and generic one. Back when this game was announced, if I remember right they were going to ship it as a three part episodical game and then delayed the relase of the first ep., only to then eventually change come out as a complete relase on the Epic game store. On the Twin Mirror Discord, some players found out by digging through the game files that a lot of the original story had been cut and reworked heavily, implying a messy development cycle and rushed relase.
@@BTbenTR granted, I've never played the game, just been interested in it, and they never specified which parts have been cut or changed from the final relase, which I'm sure would make for an interesting read on its own. By the way, I like the video but I thought about it only being less than 10 minutes to be a little reductive. Would have been nicer to have a more in depth analysis going into some specific parts of the game you found to be bad.

None of that surprises me at all, you can definitely feel all the missing content.

I uninstalled this game after 30 mins it's so boring and i don't even wanna know the story
