UA-cam shouldn't be able to copyright claim you because: 1. You credited the artist 2. You added something (made an animatic) which falls under fair use. (Reposting someone else's work isn't allowed but if you add something to it, it falls under fair use) 3. You're not earning money from this Only way you should be claimed is if AJR goes like "Hmm I don't like that you used our song, we'll copyright claim." which is highly unlikely. Also I found the hidden part.
The way I’m using the content (song) does fall under “transformative works”, which makes it fair use, so I’m hoping that it doesn’t get claimed. However, the way the UA-cam algorithm works, it could get automatically claimed just because it uses the song in the first place. (A lot of animatic artists have faced this problem because the algorithm doesn’t check to see if the content falls under fair use first.) Fingers crossed mine doesn’t get claimed! XD
Little bit hard to tell who some of the hermits are but nice work (I think if you have time coloring this would help if not then it's not really necessary)
Thanks for the feedback! Always tryin to improve my art. I considered coloring this one, but decided it would take a looong time and I wanted to get this video out. I’m definitely planning on doing more color-wise in the future, though!
