Love the longer videos. Somehow you’ve managed to capture the calming vibes of bank and kayak fishing. Unlike a lot of other fishing influencers who try to overdramatize it, you just fish and let the action play out. Love your channel
I love my tucktec and it’s all thanks to you sir, they are even replacing my ore for free! I was gonna just buy a new ore but they insisted on replacing it. What an Amazing company. Live this kayak so much thank you
I would love to see some long form catch and cook videos. I saw you short cooking the Black Sea bass and it was awesome. Maybe give tips on how to safely catch and cook your own fish and things to look out for. Thanks!
Hey friend, I really enjoy all your videos and definitely take inspiration from your drive to create quality content. Tight lines from one kayak angler to another.
I’ve wanted a kayak to fish in my local river for some time now, but didn’t know which one to get. This was very useful. Love the foldable kayak and I think I’m gonna get one
I have this kayak and I used it in a local river, and here's my little intake on that idea. If the water is super calm, go ahead, you'll have a great time! But the kayak, due to it very wide bottom base, does tread slow. That's not bad for a lake but for a river, you'll be very tired in the first 20- 30 minutes going up stream. Also, In times when the river is a bit more rough, this kayak will not do a good job. Since this is a "Sit in Kayak", your waist is naturaly under the water line, and so is half of your kayak. Due to this design, in rougher river water, you'll find your kayak taking in water very soon, and you'll need to be constantly taking out the water water, either with an absorbent cloth or some kind of sucking funnel. This will spoil your day out. If you are wanting a kayak for fishing in a river, I would recommend looking for a kayak that has a thinner bottom base. However, if you decide to do more lake fishing, this will be your best friend! I take this kayak in every lake I can find, as long as the wind is less than 10 mph. Its super easy to fold and unfold and its very roomy for all your fishing gear! Hopes this review helps you out!
@@Thisjustins I’ve only had one chance to use it so far and most of that was spent trying to figure out how to actually kayak since it was my first time in one ever, but it felt very stable, stayed afloat and it wasn’t too tough to put together. It was a little bit awkward to fish out of but I’m sure that was mostly just me being in the absolute beginner stage of the learning curve and even as I started figuring it out a bit it felt like it was getting better
@@Tackle2thePeople thanks this lake i was at is apparently infamous for how little fish bite. I've already done some mods like a fishing rod holder mount and it works awesome. love it so far
Do you think it would work in a inner coastal water way for fishing I want to get one but I don’t have much freshwater where I live and I wonder if it would hold up in the sound side
Ended up getting the newer model. Upgraded seat and they redesigned some of the rivets to be on the inside of the kayak. Also comes with additional tether points and smoother edges. Feels like a much cleaner product than their previous iteration
I think it’s funny how he always says how wrong it is to call carp and other fish trash fish but he basically calls pickerel trash fish. Besides that I love your videos especially the full length vids
The trash fish thing is more related to food. When I’m targeting bass and all I get is dink pickerel, it can be kind of a bother. But don’t get me wrong in the winter I love catching big pickerel thru the ice. They’re one of the only fish in New England that are consistently active year round. But in the spring/summer I usually want Bass
@@Tackle2thePeople thanks for clarifying, it’s just where I live we don’t have very many species so I’m jealous of having fish like pickerel that bite all winter. I love your vids and keep up with the good work!
Show me a video of someone getting out of it from a sitting position. I have one and the only way is to roll over the side. The sides give if you try to lever yourself out on them. Imagine sitting on a hardwood floor, in sweat pants and socks. Now stand up without using your hands. I bought two of the damn things and they are garbage.

Always love the freshwater vids 😁
And on the foldable kayak, and with the curly tail, that’s great! 🔥 😁 🐟

Can you lay the seat all the way down so you can lay down?

And sure enough…another banger video!
just bought myself one of tucktecs kayaks and I'm soo excited to get it and take it out on the water in a few months
This yak is sweet
Lov the full length vids can u make some more?
I love your content could you do a full length beginner tutorial
I’ve fished on paddleboards, small kayaks, all kinds of rigs, but this thing puts the fear of death in me 😂 I don’t know how you do it
I love your vids💯
Just bought one for this summer mostly on account of you, hopefully you ain't been lying to me lmao
How has it been I’m thinking of buying one myself

Sometimes perch just attack the biggest lures… and get snagged in the weirdest places😂
Love your videos!
Love these vids
Do you have a video where you talk about how you set up your kayak for fishing?
i got one of these recently and took it fishing. pretty fun thing but i havent caught anything yet
You will bro! Persistence beats resistance

I fit this baby in my 92 miata to go fishing.
Great video 👍🏼
Awesome vid keep it up
Great video, you should get gloves to avoid the pickerel slime. Any pair of gardening gloves work
Has it ever come apart while you were on the water?

Nice vid❤
What weight rod would you recommend for pickerel
Do u find the new version harder to fold. Somehow mine has a matt finish, and man it was so hard to fold, it took the 3 of us
You can smoke perch😊
Great video
Would you recommend the 8 or 10ft?
what ultra light setup are you using?
Do a video on how to catch chain pickerel
awesome vid
Does anyone know if this kayak would be uncomfortable for someone that’s 6’2?
nah so long as you keep the seat further back you'll be fine
You’ll have no problem
You’re the reason I bought a tucktec last year. One question. Is that a new model or did you modify the back seat?
Ended up getting the newer model. Upgraded seat and they redesigned some of the rivets to be on the inside of the kayak. Also comes with additional tether points and smoother edges. Feels like a much cleaner product than their previous iteration
The seat on the newer model is a huge upgrade too! It gives you that lower back support that the previous model did not give.
Do you know how to fly fish, if you do I’d love to see some videos on fly fishing 😁 🐟 😊
How do you know theres a dropoff usually?
How do you anchor the kayak, it keeps on moving so I can't cover water effectively
What would be the best way to store fish on a kayak like that?
fish chain hanging in the water...
What is the rods you used in this video?
Lews American hero, Penn squadron II, okuma celilo
how to you cast a lightweight jig so far?
Sweet vid
I’m 6’0 145lb what size kayak should I get to be comfortable and not tip?
Have you ever considered going for pike ?
You’ve inspired me
You ever had that thing tip over on you?
Thanks for posting about foldable kayak interesting lot of people making videos but none of them will give price what's wrong

Try, Try, and TRY some more, you just cant Beat a TuckTec.
Don't have pike/pickerel in the waters I fish. Why are you disappointed to catch them?
Just a bycatch when you’re targeting big bass. They also can bite your bass lures clean off sometimes
Why don’t you like pickerel?
Do you ever eat pickerel?
AND SURE ENOUGH
Can I take u fishing?
hi
long videooo

what happens if you hook a 10 kg pike ? would you be able to handle that in that little kayak of yours ? :)
