    Thank you for this workout. I was looking for a full body weight HIIT to add to my routines, and I love it. I burned 357 calories and added 1100 steps to my workout. I just love your walking HIIT. When I stayed home, it allowed me to complete my 10,000 steps and 800 calories, even when I didn't feel like working out. I think it's really your signature style.     I've been doing aerobic type exercises with low weight dumbbells recently and i have seen better results than anything else. These type of exercises really work for my body!

    I found your channel a few months ago and have been using your workouts several times a week since. This was a great workout! The very first workout I did from your channel had me not only huffing and puffing, but also pressing the pause button several times to catch my breath.     This was great! Usually I don’t like repeating a set. Was kinda dreading. But the second go around went quicker and I was able to make some corrections and was able to go a bit harder. TY!

    Love this lower impact HIT weighted workout! I live in a space that doesn’t allow for high intensity/jumping. This was perfect, my heart rate went up and the floor stayed quiet. 🤫 🔥 💪🏾

    Oh yes, some of these made me realize I need to work on my coordination 😅 But that's why it's good you had them in here & I did it!! 🤗
    And (think I mentioned it before) this format with the two 25sec blocks is great!! What difference just a 5sec break can make in terms of doing an exercise longer & maintaining proper form!

    This was fantastic! The second round gave me a chance to master some of those trickier moves, and I love the way you "hid" some shook up some of those routine reps--hiding the bicep curl in the punch was my fave!
