If the leaders of our Christian Catholic faith denounce the head leader of our country, the people, God forbids, lose faith on our leaders of the government forcing civil disobedience. And I got my confession done I wasn't judged He was just glad I was back But he also gave me some things I need to work on . In my sins Were resolved I had to go back 3 times To confession I was gone for 30 or 40 years . I got married 2006 My wife was careful We got married in the courthouse We also got married in the Baptist church Later on we got married in the Catholic Church . And I'm so glad I'm going to mass Receiving The holy communion . I am Enjoy going to mass
This is really good . I Hurt My parents deeply I disappeared for 3 years and a 1/2 . They didn't know where I was at I moved to a different state I was angry I should have been forgiving . My parents were put in the nursing home Because of dementia My mom had 2 strokes and one heart attack. And that really felt guilty for the way I treated them. I wish I would get done things differently I'm age 66 now my dad passed away 2019 I wish I was around more but I was around the last 22 years My dad absolutely Was able to see me when I retired Most parents don't see their kids retire Because the choices the parents make like smoking and drinking My parents never done that they had good health. I'm a returning Catholic A God do confession I go to mass On a regular basis came back to the church . I don't know who the state of my dad's a soul He was not a Catholic He was a Baptist think a lot about my dad Is he Porgatory .

Why does the priest who listens to the sinner’s sins during confessional ask for a donation in exchange for expiation? Why does the priest sometimes ask for double the donation in exchange for the sinner being able to have a future sin forgiven or expiated? Just last week there was a story in Utah of a 26 year old admitting to murdering an elderly couple and stealing their credit cards during a confessional. The Priest during confessional asked for a $1,000 donation by credit card in exchange for forgiving the sin of murder & theft. Isn’t this an abuse of a confessional? During the confessional the priest asked for an additional $1,000 just in case the sinner wanted to repeat the crime with a second victim. 54645

God may have made Adam and Eve in His image but DEFINITELY not in His likeness. Had that had been so there wouldn't have been a FALL in the first place. They would have handled the serpent much differently..

As a member of the Catholic Church, I have come to realize that there are many ways for me to encounter and meet Jesus Christ -- I meet Him in the person of minister of the church whenever I go for confession; I encounter Him in the consecrated bread and wine each time I participate in the Holy Mass. I have always wondered: why should I go looking for Him OUTSIDE the Catholic Church? No one have been able to tell me
