Noticed there was some discussion on Bruce not sounding so great here, but for the end of a tour, he actually sounds better than usual. He has struggled with this song live since the mid-80's because the boys play it too fast, and this song doesn't give you much time to breath as-is, so it became 10x worse. He could handle it from 82-84, completely butchered it from 85-88, found ways around the fast playing in the early 90's, started crushing it again from 2000-2008, but his voice started weakening again after that so I was relieved when they temporarily removed it from the setlist in the tour before this one. It seems that break and the boys slowing it down a bit really helped. He may not sound the same, but he still sounds good if you ask me.

While watching from front side row a girl went past in fishnet stockings, ass hanging out for all to see and a big bald guy with her. Security guard in front of me told me it was Gaga. She got marched straight away to the front of the stage to the see the awesome and unchallenged Kings of the Fender/Jackson guitar - Iron Maiden.

Though Bruce has been sounding better by each show in this tour, so I think, with little rest now, he may be getting back to full strength like he was in 2008-2011. he has lost a bit of his clear voice in the high register, so he has to use a sharper tone to reach those high notes -and that is very exausting for the voice...

He really sang good on this tour despite difficulties with cancer recovery and everything, but I never could believe that he'd actually sound better than ever on the Legacy Of The Beast tour. Literally - he sang every bloody song better than in the studio! O.o

Maiden aren't young guys but they still give 200% into every show. They bring more energy than anyone else. Incredible.
