Ang, I love that you include your sunblock on your ears. This is very important. My mother lost part of her ear due to sun damage. Please everyone, don’t forget to add sunblock to your ears. They look much better without a big chunk cut out to avoid skin cancer. ~Dana

I am 48 and I really enjoy seeing someone who is "mature" showing their anti-aging skincare routine; I like that you've done extensive research on these products, and the fact that most of them don't have to break the bank to be effective. I find that my skin has gotten more complicated (*very* sensitive, oily in T-zone, but also flaky between my eyes and around my mouth) as I've gotten older and I became frustrated spending money on products that didn't seem to work--only to find that I've been using them incorrectly (i.e. in the wrong order and/or at the wrong time of day.) Can u do a skincare 101 series including how tell skin type, what ingredients u should look for in cleansers, serums, creams, n etc, what ingredients to avoid, how to add treatments to skincare routine, how many serums u can use in AM n PM, how many moisturizers u can use at one time, how tell if u need stop using a product, what mask should u use n how tell best ones n etc!!!! There is hardly any videos right now focusing on this topic and for skincare newbies especially this would be an awesome series!!! Ty
Like you, I used the TS CEF and the TS CoQ10 in the am. But after some research, I felt like the different pH in each were counteracting each other. I now use the C in the am and the CoQ10 at night with my retin-a. I believe the C is working much better now.

Love your videos Angie !! Just a quick tip that I have not heard mentioned.... Humidifier in bedroom. I just purchased a new one in BedBath&Beyond (w/20% off coupon). I actually liked it so much, I bought a 2nd one ! Air Innovations clean mist smart humidifier. - Has many settings for mist adjustment. - Large capacity tank- only needs to be refilled every few days. - Can be placed on the floor. Love it... I close my eyes and pretend I’m on a tropical island !
I really appreciate that some of the products you use are not expensive. Several months ago I started using the vitamin C serum and after a week or 2, my daughter came over and said what are you doing to your skin, it looks good. I haven't finished it yet and it has oxidized now. I'm wondering if I should keep it in the frig. Now, I've added the CoEnzyme Q10 serum, it feels great, but I can't say I've noticed anything.

My sister is a professional esthetician for Lancôme and she highly recommends Cerave hydrating cleanser....I’ve been using it for years and it does cleanse well AND keeps the skin very moisturized. Love the product.

I used a similar product 20 years ago but the research didn’t support its proposed benefits, so I stopped using it. I am holding out a bit longer before I decide to purchase the NuFace . I’ve been using the last bit of my La Mer and Clarin products and incorporating the Timeless products. Your research is right on. I am 60+ but look 10-15 years younger. I use to take the same fish oil (omega) supplement myself but I found that the omega Alaskan Salmon oil (sold at Costco/Kirkland Brand) Does SO much more not only for the skin but also internally (heart etc..) I just would like to tell you I turned 70 this past June and I have fairly good genes in general, however you have turned my skin around so much. I'm always told I look so young for my age. But girl, I just want to say thank you 😊 from the bottom of my heart. You have really given me so much informative advice . I use almost everything u recommended. I agree with you so much on the timeless C. I've done my research as well. There are so many of them that suck‼️‼️Some of them have close to the same ingredients, but are triple the price. I have a question I've wanted to ask. Every time I watch you I forget to ask and it's gnawing at me ,so please be so kind as to answer this one. When you put all those antioxidants and sunscreens on the backs of your hand for anti aging. How do you get the full benefits when we're told to constantly wash our hands?? For germs. Especially in the winter, cold & flu season. I'm constantly washing my Hands. So that said ,it would seem like a big waste. ( at least for me) that's why I've never included that into my routine. What timing, I just sat down to write you a thank you! CeraVe Moisturing cleanser used to be handed out to me at the derm office after peels like candy. Little sample size bottles were ubiquitous in all my drawers, bottom of purses, so I came not to value it. Have watched you for years continue to suggest it. Finally, I bought it 4 weeks ago. Can I just say Cowbunga? Huge difference. Replacing the moisture stripping wash of other line-totally changed my skin. The light surface texture is all but gone. My skin is pump and moisturized after cleansing/before serums. Makeup goes on better and lasts longer. And oddly the color of the makeup is more true. Since it isn't spendy I liberally apply it almost like a cold cream some days use my Clairsonic cleansing tool, others just my fingers. Have used it dry, cold water, warm water it doesn't matter as it really cleans and leaves you better than it found you. Which is the entire point of your channel. Your work, time, effort and influence has left me far better and more youthful than before 'you found me', which was years ago. Thanks Angie! You are such a love! PS. You are asking me the writer of novel posts to spill? Strap your self in...Well, I like you allowed the sun to worship ME. Ha. Mid 30's woke one day with serious melasma. That coupled with pop ups (some call it acne) I knew I had to do something. Hit it hard with Sal acid peels, worked up to level three(deeper result). Rotated Glycolic peels every 8 to 10 weeks. It just slowly resurfaced my skin. Like your advice here is to use a chemical exfoliate, the medical grade peels just did it deeper and faster. Leaving with a smoother non damaged skin. Minimizes pore size over time. Sal was used for the bacteria fighting and glycolic is as you know beneficial to surfacing as well. Never a down time really. In 10 days would experience peeling, last for about 4 days which didn't bother me, the new fresh plump skin emerging was well worth the price of a reptilian look. I think your current day routine and product can do what this 20 year old plan did for me. But I still get peels before events and at least 3 times a year. No longer worship sun, but I do worship YOU and your advice, retinols and chem peels! : ) Important to go to medical grade office, not cosmetic. They know which one will benefit your skin best. (price point in case readers wonder should be $60 to 85 for level one category. Glycolic peels you don't usually experience shedding of skin after. Sal you will lift a visual layer similar to a sunburn). : ) you can release the seat belt now.
You crack me up!! Thanks for the full report, good info. I've asked about peels at my dermatologists office and at my botox place and neither was keen on them. One said to go laser, the other said micro-needling. Guess I need a tie-breaker opinion... xo ~a.
IMHO...I feel those procedures are both higher profit makers. The laser machine at my derm office cost a cool mil plus-think they said it was 1.5mil. All they can get for a chem peel is market price which is $60-85. As much as you trust your people and your office, the bottom line $$$ is always going to steer their opinion. Consider the tie broken and shredded. : ) PS. I thought the brand was Revision Clinical, but I was incorrect it is 360 therapeutics.

Angie, I’ve been following you for about 4 yrs and never left a message but I want you to know that you changed my life, I know that sounds dramatic but it’s really what happened. When I first saw one of your videos I was so down, I never thought I could have clear skin again, I was in my late 30’s suffering from acne and starting to have wrinkles!! Acne and wrinkles! and sun damage. I had tried it all , and I mean everything! from years of tetracycline to proactive, clearsonic, even Retin -A, I could never get past the first few weeks. I don’t know what it was maybe it was just hearing at the right time but you said if your only going to do one thing than do the Retin A , I had at home barely used! you said start slow, once a week , make sure your skin is completely dry (I had been applying it right after washing my face) anyways it’s 4 yrs later and my skin is completely clear I hardly ever get a breakout and when I do it’s NOTHING compared to before. My wrinkles are gone and so is my sun damage. So I can’t thank you enough! At the time I had 3 daughters 2 in college one living at home and as you probably know everything you have goes to them time, energy and of course money, my last daughter is about to graduate and I have more time and money to spend on myself so I’m going to start incorporating some other things in your routine such a s the vitamin c ,coenzyme q10 and the lactic acid Ivê already been using the cerave stuff. I just received the serums today and I cannot wait. Again I can’t thank you enough. ❤️

I purchased a Nuface mini from Nordstrom. They said you should not feel the current. I also read s few dermatologists websites who said fhe same. If you do feel the current, it is not getting deep into your skin. Using any type of oil free gel allows the current to get into the skin rather than sitting on top. This is what I was told and read. Ultrasound gel works well too - from Amazon. 😊

I like the Alpha Skincare body lotion you recommend, but have you noticed how often it runs out of stock. And the price has moved up a lot. While I waited once, I tried Gold Bond Ultimate "Rough & Bumpy Skin Daily Therapy" lotion instead. Ignore the awful name: it's as good and maybe better than the Alpha! It contains AHA and good moisturizing ingredients. There's hardly any scent, and it leaves elbows, knees, heels and rough skin feeling smooth and hydrated for 24-36 hours. Well worth trying.
Sanni Judy, does it contain the same active ingredients? Have you done a side-by-side comparison of the list of ingredients on each bottle? Thanks in advance.
Both exfoliate and hydrate. The exfoliants aren't identical, but so far GB has performed the same if not better for me. I've done a right/left side experiment for a month. I like how short Alpha's ingredient list is, and love AHA, but as Alpha raises its price and limits its retail availability, GB is worth considering. Ok, I just ordered several things! The two serums, the CeraVe cleanser and PM moisturizer, the Alpha body lotion along with the Retinol in the tub. I think that’s what you mentioned that you combined. The acid peel something or other🙈 So excited to receive these products. I have a love and respect for skincare and these are all so affordable. I plan on gifting many of these to my 20 year old daughter as well. Thank you again Angie! I am now trying the Cerave pm, switching from Paula’s Choice Moisture Boost Hydrating Treatment Cream. I was not finding the Cerave quite as effective. I compared the ingredients and found that Cerave doesn’t have the squalane that PC’s does. I just so happen to have some of The Ordinary’s hanging around that I wasn’t using because I found it unpleasantly oily on its own. Now I use 2 pumps of Cerave pm and 2 drops of squalane mixed together and it’s awesome! It will also be quite a bit cheaper since CeraVe is 3oz at less than half the price of PC’s 2 oz and the squalane was cheap, too. Using this and layering moisturizing toners has finally allowed me to bump up to .05% tretinoin, even in dry winter conditions.
This video has convinced me to stay out of the sun. I do use 15 spf on my face daily forever tho. I like to sit for like 2 hours before 12 on a weekend in the summer but I think I am just going to use my self tanners from here on out. Thank you!

I am 48 and I really enjoy seeing someone who is "mature" showing their anti-aging skincare routine; I like that you've done extensive research on these products, and the fact that most of them don't have to break the bank to be effective. I find that my skin has gotten more complicated (*very* sensitive, oily in T-zone, but also flaky between my eyes and around my mouth) as I've gotten older and I became frustrated spending money on products that didn't seem to work--only to find that I've been using them incorrectly (i.e. in the wrong order and/or at the wrong time of day.) Can u do a skincare 101 series including how tell skin type, what ingredients u should look for in cleansers, serums, creams, n etc, what ingredients to avoid, how to add treatments to skincare routine, how many serums u can use in AM n PM, how many moisturizers u can use at one time, how tell if u need stop using a product, what mask should u use n how tell best ones n etc!!!! There is hardly any videos right now focusing on this topic and for skincare newbies especially this would be an awesome series!!! Ty
Like you, I used the TS CEF and the TS CoQ10 in the am. But after some research, I felt like the different pH in each were counteracting each other. I now use the C in the am and the CoQ10 at night with my retin-a. I believe the C is working much better now.
I have been doing her skin care routine for about a year now, and I love what I see.

I really appreciate that some of the products you use are not expensive. Several months ago I started using the vitamin C serum and after a week or 2, my daughter came over and said what are you doing to your skin, it looks good. I haven't finished it yet and it has oxidized now. I'm wondering if I should keep it in the frig. Now, I've added the CoEnzyme Q10 serum, it feels great, but I can't say I've noticed anything.
I've been using timeless in my skin care for a year now and I really notice a difference. Thank you for recommending it as well as a lot of other things you've recomended. Love your videos!

My sister is a professional esthetician for Lancôme and she highly recommends Cerave hydrating cleanser....I’ve been using it for years and it does cleanse well AND keeps the skin very moisturized. Love the product.

I used a similar product 20 years ago but the research didn’t support its proposed benefits, so I stopped using it. I am holding out a bit longer before I decide to purchase the NuFace . I’ve been using the last bit of my La Mer and Clarin products and incorporating the Timeless products. Your research is right on. I am 60+ but look 10-15 years younger. I use to take the same fish oil (omega) supplement myself but I found that the omega Alaskan Salmon oil (sold at Costco/Kirkland Brand) Does SO much more not only for the skin but also internally (heart etc..) I just would like to tell you I turned 70 this past June and I have fairly good genes in general, however you have turned my skin around so much. I'm always told I look so young for my age. I agree with you so much on the timeless C. I've done my research as well. There are so many of them that suck‼️‼️Some of them have close to the same ingredients, but are triple the price. I have a question I've wanted to ask. Every time I watch you I forget to ask and it's gnawing at me ,so please be so kind as to answer this one. When you put all those antioxidants and sunscreens on the backs of your hand for anti aging. How do you get the full benefits when we're told to constantly wash our hands?? For germs. Especially in the winter, cold & flu season. I'm constantly washing my Hands. So that said ,it would seem like a big waste. ( at least for me) that's why I've never included that into my routine. What timing, I just sat down to write you a thank you! CeraVe Moisturing cleanser used to be handed out to me at the derm office after peels like candy. Little sample size bottles were ubiquitous in all my drawers, bottom of purses, so I came not to value it. Have watched you for years continue to suggest it. Finally, I bought it 4 weeks ago. Can I just say Cowbunga? Huge difference. Replacing the moisture stripping wash of other line-totally changed my skin. The light surface texture is all but gone. My skin is pump and moisturized after cleansing/before serums. Makeup goes on better and lasts longer. And oddly the color of the makeup is more true. Since it isn't spendy I liberally apply it almost like a cold cream some days use my Clairsonic cleansing tool, others just my fingers. Have used it dry, cold water, warm water it doesn't matter as it really cleans and leaves you better than it found you. Which is the entire point of your channel. Your work, time, effort and influence has left me far better and more youthful than before 'you found me', which was years ago. Thanks Angie! You are such a love! PS. You are asking me the writer of novel posts to spill? Strap your self in...Well, I like you allowed the sun to worship ME. Ha. Mid 30's woke one day with serious melasma. That coupled with pop ups (some call it acne) I knew I had to do something. Hit it hard with Sal acid peels, worked up to level three(deeper result). Rotated Glycolic peels every 8 to 10 weeks. It just slowly resurfaced my skin. Like your advice here is to use a chemical exfoliate, the medical grade peels just did it deeper and faster. Leaving with a smoother non damaged skin. Minimizes pore size over time. Sal was used for the bacteria fighting and glycolic is as you know beneficial to surfacing as well. Never a down time really. In 10 days would experience peeling, last for about 4 days which didn't bother me, the new fresh plump skin emerging was well worth the price of a reptilian look. I think your current day routine and product can do what this 20 year old plan did for me. But I still get peels before events and at least 3 times a year. No longer worship sun, but I do worship YOU and your advice, retinols and chem peels! : ) Important to go to medical grade office, not cosmetic. They know which one will benefit your skin best. (price point in case readers wonder should be $60 to 85 for level one category. Glycolic peels you don't usually experience shedding of skin after. Sal you will lift a visual layer similar to a sunburn). : ) you can release the seat belt now.
You crack me up!! Thanks for the full report, good info. I've asked about peels at my dermatologists office and at my botox place and neither was keen on them. One said to go laser, the other said micro-needling. Guess I need a tie-breaker opinion... xo ~a.
IMHO...I feel those procedures are both higher profit makers. The laser machine at my derm office cost a cool mil plus-think they said it was 1.5mil. All they can get for a chem peel is market price which is $60-85. As much as you trust your people and your office, the bottom line $$$ is always going to steer their opinion. Consider the tie broken and shredded. : ) PS. I thought the brand was Revision Clinical, but I was incorrect it is 360 therapeutics.

Angie, I’ve been following you for about 4 yrs and never left a message but I want you to know that you changed my life, I know that sounds dramatic but it’s really what happened. When I first saw one of your videos I was so down, I never thought I could have clear skin again, I was in my late 30’s suffering from acne and starting to have wrinkles!! Acne and wrinkles! and sun damage. I had tried it all , and I mean everything! from years of tetracycline to proactive, clearsonic, even Retin -A, I could never get past the first few weeks. I don’t know what it was maybe it was just hearing at the right time but you said if your only going to do one thing than do the Retin A , I had at home barely used! you said start slow, once a week , make sure your skin is completely dry (I had been applying it right after washing my face) anyways it’s 4 yrs later and my skin is completely clear I hardly ever get a breakout and when I do it’s NOTHING compared to before. My wrinkles are gone and so is my sun damage. So I can’t thank you enough! At the time I had 3 daughters 2 in college one living at home and as you probably know everything you have goes to them time, energy and of course money, my last daughter is about to graduate and I have more time and money to spend on myself so I’m going to start incorporating some other things in your routine such a s the vitamin c ,coenzyme q10 and the lactic acid Ivê already been using the cerave stuff. I just received the serums today and I cannot wait. Again I can’t thank you enough. ❤️

I purchased a Nuface mini from Nordstrom. They said you should not feel the current. I also read s few dermatologists websites who said fhe same. If you do feel the current, it is not getting deep into your skin. Using any type of oil free gel allows the current to get into the skin rather than sitting on top. This is what I was told and read. Ultrasound gel works well too - from Amazon. 😊
And they were not trying to sell me gel. 😊 Just being helpful.

I like the Alpha Skincare body lotion you recommend, but have you noticed how often it runs out of stock. And the price has moved up a lot. While I waited once, I tried Gold Bond Ultimate "Rough & Bumpy Skin Daily Therapy" lotion instead. Ignore the awful name: it's as good and maybe better than the Alpha! It contains AHA and good moisturizing ingredients. There's hardly any scent, and it leaves elbows, knees, heels and rough skin feeling smooth and hydrated for 24-36 hours. Well worth trying.
Sanni Judy Cerave is steadily going up in price as well. We should buy stocks for items she uses.

Both exfoliate and hydrate. The exfoliants aren't identical, but so far GB has performed the same if not better for me. I've done a right/left side experiment for a month. I like how short Alpha's ingredient list is, and love AHA, but as Alpha raises its price and limits its retail availability, GB is worth considering.

Ok, I just ordered several things! The two serums, the CeraVe cleanser and PM moisturizer, the Alpha body lotion along with the Retinol in the tub. I think that’s what you mentioned that you combined. The acid peel something or other🙈 So excited to receive these products. I have a love and respect for skincare and these are all so affordable. I plan on gifting many of these to my 20 year old daughter as well. Thank you again Angie! I am now trying the Cerave pm, switching from Paula’s Choice Moisture Boost Hydrating Treatment Cream. I was not finding the Cerave quite as effective. I compared the ingredients and found that Cerave doesn’t have the squalane that PC’s does. I just so happen to have some of The Ordinary’s hanging around that I wasn’t using because I found it unpleasantly oily on its own. Now I use 2 pumps of Cerave pm and 2 drops of squalane mixed together and it’s awesome! It will also be quite a bit cheaper since CeraVe is 3oz at less than half the price of PC’s 2 oz and the squalane was cheap, too. Using this and layering moisturizing toners has finally allowed me to bump up to .05% tretinoin, even in dry winter conditions.
Retinol is very unstable and needs to be in airless packaging, not in a tub.
This video has convinced me to stay out of the sun. I do use 15 spf on my face daily forever tho. I like to sit for like 2 hours before 12 on a weekend in the summer but I think I am just going to use my self tanners from here on out. Thank you!

I've been using the Alpha body cream for years. It really helps with ingrown hairs, too. I've always had a problem with them.
