Nice video!! I love browsing Coach Boutiques and Coach Outlets. Love their products, but I agree with you - I wish they would make more soft leather products! The coated canvas is nice for rainy weather, but soft leather is always nice too!!
It was fun shopping with you! It was my birthday on May 10th. My husband dropped me off at a Coach Outlet in St. Louis! It made turning 47 fun!! I saw some of the same bags you showed us at your Outlet Mall. I really enjoy your videos! You are so brave!! I couldn't do it! But, when I was shopping, my SA was right by my side. I see ?'s as to where this outlet is, as here in the New England(north)we often do not see same merchandise. We may see 70% of that stuf, it comes in slower.

Coach has separate manufacturers for retail and outlet. They use genuine leather for both, but retail bags aren't as mass produced and they use a double stitch, whereas outlet uses mainly single stitch. Canvas and coated canvas feels a lot like the cross grain leather, and it is used in both stores, but employees will tell you what is what if you ask specifically for leather.

I worked for coach back in the 1980s. At that time they made their back in NY city & they were made out of real leather & were worth the price
Yes i did have a few old black coach bags... from long ago..everything seems to have been made better and REAL in the past...
