Hi Stephen! Thanks so much for sharing this video. Congrats on making the decisions to change your job and environment, takes a lot of courage and will-power. Bless
I’m very similar to you. Hard for me to get to gym even though it helps so much! You are attractive! I know it makes no difference but thought is say it! What medication do you take. Helps take the edge off like u wrote but wish there was better help! All the best
I take quetiapine (seroquel) which came really mess your sleeping patterns up but I feel It helps me stay in control, being slightly zombies vs hearing voices I know what I prefer.
Stephen, do you find medication to be effective treatment for this disorder. I was diagnosed a few years ago and have always resisted medication. Also, do you find getting things done difficult with this disorder.
Thomas Reese day to day can be challenging, especially when things are hard. I can always function for work and social but if I’m feeling bad doing anything beyond that (like chores, self care, getting out of bed) is hard
@@stephensantouris8646 Thanks. I appreciate you setting up this channel. Sadly, there aren't many men out there who are willing to discuss BPD. It's reassuring to know one isn't alone.

Oh my gawd, I love you.
Dude, as fellow BPD sufferer, I'm enjoying your videos..on a side note, enough with the background music...it's a bit distracting.

Thomas Reese I find meds that’s the edge off, they help me sleep (I literally can’t without). They are a part of my recovery.
