I just bought a 4gpm PW with a surface cleaner. Is water enough to clean average dirty driveways? From Mold, car oil/grease stains? Or do I need to spray a chemical first? And what kind of chemical? How do I apply it through the pressure washer if I’m pumping water from a garden hose😭😭
I’d definitely get chemical. Apply via downstream injector that connect to your pressure washer. If you’re in a rush and don’t know how to do that put it in a pump up sprayer
Brother with all do respect i hope your insured. There are different types of paints that cannot be washed - some metal roofs, let the chemical dry and your in a world of shit! little confused. You mean you go to houses closes to the house you have booked? just clarifying that whats what you mean about "before and after the service" after you get done next door/across the street?
Can you Recommend a Good Commercial Pressure Washer for about $1200 ? I’m Looking at the Simpson 4400 with Honda Engine from Home Depot. Want a few Opinions Before Buying Thank You 🙏🏼
I have that same model and it works great but the higher GPM the better, get the most powerful one you can afford. The Honda engines are a big plus, they are so easy to start and will give you a great service life and also get a quality turbo type nozzle for concrete work, it will cost you over $100 but well worth it. I have a Kranzle turbo nozzle that I've used quite a bit and it's still going strong.
i found a good commercial one i want to get from harbor freight for $900. has a 420cc predator engine, makes 4400 psi, 4.2gmp and is gas powered its the one i want to get if i cant get my friends to work
It's hard to believe that people actually pay $1,000 to get their siding cleaned. Chemicals are doing most of the work and you can,t use very high pressure so a basic gas powered pressure washer would do the job just as good as a professional one though it would take a bit longer do to the lower gallons per minute of volume. You could even get it done with a hose and spray nozzle. People have more money than sense. Once you have a pressure washer you could clean your house every couple years and even rent it to your neighbors for them to clean their houses. If three neighbors bought a $375 pressure washer and they each used it one time to wash their homes it would cost them each $125 and an afternoon worth of work to save $2,675 or $875 each just using it one time. I am not trying to put this guy down for doing this, if people are willing to pay it why not but I can't see paying that much for something that most people can do on their own.
@Tristan.Kalina ya sorry I've done a bunch of research after I asked that dumb question. It was a little more than a simple little answer but I get it now. Thanks for the vids man. Wish u the best bro, get it

Find out what other local companies in your area and maybe even state are charging. Price accordingly.

You don't need chemicals, the pressure alone will get the job done with just a little extra time so why risk any damage to anyone's property.
