10 frame isn't the fastest but it's definitely fast. King's shove is 9 frames. I think Yoshi's flash is under 10 frames as well
Yeah, there are certain moves that are faster than i10
Even Raven BT1 is 8 frames.

Yoshis flash is 6 frames with sword 8 without sword the 10 frame jab isnt the fastest
