After a session my knees feel really weird, like there is a lot of instability is it common to feel this?

thats odd. I tried it without the pad and it felt fine. Big toes pointing toward each other?
+Ahmed Alumran yes, but I haven't done this in awhile, maybe a towel is better
Tim. It’s possible the feeling of instability could be the fact that you experienced some tissue elongation and the new naive fiber feels weird. Re-educate with some short range bilateral squats with body weight only.
