Coaches - have you ever tried holding the KB in a position of shoulder ER; that is, palms facing anterior instead of posterior especially with KB behind you. For me, this places the scapula retracted and depressed. Rock on -
Very informative! I notice that the gentleman was placing his front foot too wide in half kneeling and overextending his turn out. That may have contributed to knee going in more than a lack of flexibility. We see that a lot in yoga class, people trying to turn out further then what is natural. In yoga finding ease and stability in range is just as important as finding one's breath (sthira sukham asanam)

What are you thoughts on the gentleman's tongue and jaw overuse with the challenge? Seems shut down in that region making him much less fully engaged.
I feel this a lot in my quads any insight?
