I have super fine hair that doesn't hold a pin curl at all. I tried your braid technique and it works super well! I managed to do in on the first try all by myself! Thank you so much!
I will be giving the last part a try for my hair and fingers crossed it will work. I have a anime con in May I'm going to and want to make sure my wig will not move at all.
I've done the braid trick with two braids and they worked so perfect. I need to grow my hair out a bit more so the braids are a bit longer and better but other then that I love this trick. I get all the pins in there and then pin down my wig and it never moves.
I have very thick, straight and slippery hair and unfortunately none of these techniques works on my hair, bobby pins just don't stay in place even if I criss-cross them. The only thing that works for me is french or dutch braids, 2/3 but unfortunately, I just can't do it on my own head. If I do normal braids they're just too thick and heavy, they don't stay wrapped around my head
I can’t French braid my own hair either. Have you tried 4 separate braids? I also have another video that doesn’t involve braiding. Have you seen it? I think it’s called my favorite wig cap. Pretty much you shove your hair into that type of wig cap and smooth it around your head until it’s flat. I’ve seen great results with super thick hair.
Also look up Martin Parson Bobby pins. They are extra strong and have a slightly rough texture. My sister was shocked how well they worked on her super slippery hair.

I’m so glad to hear that!!!! Thank you so much for telling me!
I'm a cosplayer and this is the most useful video I've ever watched regarding how to hide your long hair for wig wearing. Thank you
Glad it was helpful!
Thankyou so much my hair is super thick and long. Can’t wait to try this 🤍
Cute video and super informative. Love the cute faces you both pull! Very helpful video.
Thanks so much! 😊
Nice! I wish you were there to help me with all my wigs. :)
If you need me call me 🎶
