Great info/time ratio ;) Take the cam just an inch farther from your face, drop the whip sound 20% and add some timestamps for a 99% perfect video Thanks!
Thank you for your video. Most reporters, and catalogs don’t mention if a camera is in one with a transmitter, causing a lot of confusion at least for this newbie.
Thankyou for this helpful video to me as a newbie in fpv. Even if i'm pretty hard to understand English. (I'm Vietnamese) and have to set video speed to 0,75%. Thanks so much.
Awesome video! I had a question about battery life and how long you could expect to fly with a 25mW AIO with lets say a 3.8V 260mAh battery versus a 3.7V 820mAh? Also if you used 50mW instead for the range what kind of life could you expect ? Just getting into this and I'm learning alot! Thanks
The video is awesome and useful , but could i ask you to explain more what it is mean that your warning don't turn on VTX unless the antenna is connected ? . I just thing that we connected the battery to AIO cam then choose the A or B and then the 1 to 8 suit to the FPV screen ,and finnaly the 0 25 50 200 mW that fit to our need
Great Video, What are typical flight times using tiny silver square batteries for these fvp cameras. Battery on my plane 3S last 7-12 minute flights. Will these match that or will video cut out before that?
I want to put a FPV on my tug boat. So what kind of kit ,camera etc would I need to make this all work without breaking the bank. Also I want to use my phone as the monitor. Or should I get a monitor. This boat is just to retreive my high speed boats so the video feed quality doesn't need to be that great. Also the battery power I need for the camera. I would get the battery just for the camera on board. Thank you. PS: Getting a 30" tug boat and want a Farley cheap setup but with decent range for the feed.
Hello, I am interested in putting one of these on a car to do crawl space inspection under a house (I can use a laptop or my phone to receive with the FPV). Light would be helpful in the crawl as well as medium to wide angle decent quality photos/video. What do you advise me what you recommend? I can solder but have no current experience with current tech (do have an android phone and windows 10 laptop). Thank you!
Hi, Brian! So, if you wanted to use a laptop or phone to view one of these little all-in-one analog FPV cameras, you would need a special video receiver that is designed to work with a phone or laptop ( here's an example amzn.to/3vyUokb ). Otherwise, you can just use a monitor that is built to receive the analog FPV video fed (here's an example amzn.to/3eMwNqu ). As for capturing HD video or pictures, there are hybrid designs like the runcam Split which record HD while sending out live low quality video feed, but the easiest solution may be to just mount an action camera next to the FPV camera.
Can you set it up to have three cameras but you have a split screen or a switch to swap cameras? I'm trying to set up my rc tank with a commander gunner and driver's cams
I want to ask an question about that tiny camera can you tell me were you got it if you tell me I will give you a big thumbs 👍 up,subscribe and turn on the notification bell and select all I also love all your details and videos🎉🎉❤❤😂😂😂
Hi! Most rx airplanes don't use flight controllers, and instead use a pwm receiver to control (and also power) the servos. I which case, the camera could be plugged into the receiver using a servo-style plug (assuming 5v is enough to power the camera and the amp draw of the video transmitter is very low).
I'm having a very hard time finding receivers and transmitters that I can use with my phantom FC40. I've spent alot of time and money modding this thing and I never had to add fpv on anything before so I'm not well informed on my options. I cant use 5.8ghz because that fc40 runs off that signal. Any suggestions?
I'm just starting FPV and I found this video very informative so, thank you! One question, I'm mounting this camera to my foam plane. It looks like you just hot glued it to the fuselage. Is that correct? It won't hurt the camera?
Hi! Thanks! Welcome to the hobby! Yes, the hot glue won't hurt the camera, just keep it away from the lens! Also, be careful about the glue being too hot and melting through the foam.
You see the all in one camera you have? Well i wired that stright in to the battery of my bugs 3 drone. The signal comes through crystal clear for 1 second and the BAM it cuts out. The camera is very warm and still on but seems like it's not transmitting a signal... Am I doing somthing wrong?
@@adventureaways1534 The 7.4v is the key. Your camera unit needs to accept voltage up to at least 7.4 volts (more than that and it will get fried!). Check the camera manual for the specifications, or it might also be printed on the unit itself.
Hi! No, not a computer. You will need a video monitor connect to a video receiver, usually in the form of a single unit goggle setup that you can wear on your head.
Thank you for sharing, I tried some of the links to amazon and the items are no longer available, update the links so you can benefit from the affiliate program.
Hi! I haven't used both of them, but according to the specs the A1 has 25mW output power and the A2 has 200mW. So the A2 may give better reception in some cases, but will drain the battery faster.
I gave a like for the "a whole new world..."
I do appreciate that! 😉

Great summary. Thanks. You cover lots of the smaller things like broadcast MW and the fish eye view. Great!
I like all your videos,
I have a question:
What can I use if the drone voltage is higher then the camera needs?
Resistors

Can I set up a micro camera and record the flight on a memory card for view on a computer after the flight ?
Gopro, buy you probably mean recording while fpving?
Maybe I missed the links but Was hoping for an actual suggestion on what camera to use and how to setup . Good advice on the antenna though

Very informative video. Thanks!
So I can solder on a servo plug on the battery and connect it to the PWM? Would like to avoid adding an extra battery
How do you receive the FPV transmission on a mobile phone?
You will need a special receiver unit for either android or Apple phones.
Excellent stuff thank you
Glad you enjoyed it!

hot glue lol
Is it possible to make a 3 in 1 quadcopter whoop build to save on money?

I bought that and it got red hot. Why would it do that?
Oh no! It must have had a short somewhere!
