Okay one thing I'd love to add. Let me tell you why you can't stick to your diet or why you always give into cravings. You end goal is not strong enough. Most people end up keeping the goal as "I have to lose fat", doesn't work, period. It has to be something else, that's more different and unique to you only and that yo'd do nothing to stop that from happening. For me my goal is to sleep shirtless while being super slim, like in the movies. May look stupid but every time i get a craving, this takes it away.

I lost 18 kg in the course of 5 months and I experienced hair loss at the end of the phase. I met a dermatologist and she suggested me to get my vitamins, iron and folic acid levels tested. Now I'm taking vitamin supplements and eating proper food , still the recovery is underway. ✌

In lockdown my weight is 110kgs. Now my weight is 85 yes when we are in weight loss so many obstacles will come. Trust me follow for the 1 month then you will get to know the changes in your body then you won't go back if you want to eat junk and going back to previous unhealthy habbits just remember how you suffered earlier then you will be on the track.
maahir dhall a calorie deficit helps you lose fat. you can even just diet and walk and you'd lose. but as your body adapts you'll need more intense exercise. thus you'd need to progress to jogging or something more intense. weight training provides curves and muscles but you need to lift more overtime.

Do lots and lots of toning excercises such as Pilates in order to prevent loose skin. Do the toning first and then the weight loss.
