Circadian rhythm.
3. Maintain sleep cycle.
4. Muscle building.
Not only cardio.
5. Flexibility.
Don't be stiff.
Holistic exercise program.
6. Don't over do it.
Don't go to extremes.
Live in balance.
7. Train to be a Happy mind.
In harmony.
Build happiness.
8. Don't overtrain.
Nutrition, recovery and flexibility.
Recover well.

Be discipline + Consistent with basics

Fact of the day: women need a certain amount of fat on their abdomen area that helps good reproductive health, easier n healthy menstrual cycles, hormonal balance, insulation for internal organs etc. So that snatched tummy with very defined abs not necessarily means it's healthy. N don't compare with male counterparts cause the physiologies are very different.

Yoga develop strength also. There are categories of asanas. It is not that Yoga only gives flexibility. It works on all the existing dimensions of mind and body

You should focus on fat loss not weight loss because that could be water weight or muscle weight you are loosing
Second do not starve you need nutrients to loose the fat you have.
Third Fasting should be on consistent times not random. Other wise you will further confuse your body. Make your timing consistent.
Fourth Sleep derivation will hinder fat loss as you loose weight while sleeping. We all have time stop wasting time. Utilize your time more effectively.
Fifth Don't be crazy for cardio. Play sport weight traing work on increasing your metabolism.
Do lunges, do push-ups. You also want mobility and flexibility. Exercise program.should be holistic. You should do strength, cardio, weight and yoga.
Sixth Balanced life don't do extreme like no desert. Have desert but do not have it every day.
Seventh be happy happiness is important. Some fitess people are very unhappy people
Eight no sucess comes without sacrifice.
Ninth stop social media for fat loss just focus on the basics
Tenth build happiness. Don't be depressed. Lose the weight also build happiness.
Meditate, reflect and be greatfull

acc to me going to the gym 3 times a week including 5 basic compound lifts the rest of the day you do walking and little bit of core eating in an IF style diet
was the best routine for me for getting leaner muscular and adhere for an entire year.
Yes push pull legs with 5 meals a day works better but can you stick to eat for an year probably not.

Great message but I don’t know if there exists a female ex Indian army officer who can be 90 plus years old . Women started coming in only in 1992 . Having said that , I agree about all the points mentioned by Luke . I’m on a weight loss journey hopefully for the last time in the last few years and what is different is balance that I’ve included in my life .
There were some small armies for Indian freedom struggle like Azad Hind force had female but it was formed in 1940s
