Quick & Easy Acai Bowl Recipe!!

  • This is such a great healthy meal that is super easy to make! Let me know in the comments if you have any recipes you want me to try.
    Heres the recipe:
    2 packets of frozen acai
    1 frozen banana
    1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
    1/4-1/2 of cup milk (or any liquid of your choice)
    Toppings-----------
    You can really be creative here but I used banana, strawberries, granola, chia seeds and peanut butter!
    Directions-----------
    1. Put the bowl you want to use in the freezer
    2. Put all frozen fruit into the blender, then add only 1/4 of your liquid. (you can always add more later, DON'T ADD TOO MUCH or else it won't be thick)
    3. Blend until it won't mix anymore.
    4. Add a couple more tablespoons of liquid and scrape down the sides of the blender.
    5. Once it is totally combined and thick, pour into the cold bowl. Place the bowl back into the freezer.
    6. Prepare toppings
    7. Decorate however you like!
