Hi there Ms bisscute can you react any of this songs of Breaking Benjamin like dear agony, give a me a sign, crawling, breath, diary of Jane& dance with the devil?thanks
I'm waiting for your react, wasted time - Skid Row!!
You are losing!! Is amazing song, amazing Vocals, all this!!
Let's to react!!
Sebastian’s body was insaaaaane🔥
you're so beautiful 😊
His vocals in WASTED TIME is impeccable!!!!!❤❤❤
Yes! I was always a big fan of them always but I don't think wasted time got any radio play back then but when I finally listened to it a few yrs ago, I was like WOW! 😲
Slave to the Grind was a great album. So much heavier than their first. Too bad Skid Row fell apart so quickly after it.
@@headlibrarian1996it’s unfortunate Sebastian is one of the hardest people to work with and also fame can take many bands down the wrong paths. Happened to one of my favorite bands Quiet Riot
ABSOLUTELY 100% AGREE!!
@@headlibrarian1996Tons of 80s bands tried the heavier edge at the beginning of the 90s (see Warrant), but it was too little, too late.
No autotune just talent
Has a ton of echo live in this performance
@@MrMagic1515 yes it's called stadio echo, it happens when you don't get the clean mix, but the sound recorded on the stage
@Flum666 Your wrong bud. I worked engineering for concerts at House of Blues. A band can ask for Echo at higher levels on hot mics. Mostly to hide imperfections. Was very popular in the 80s live shows. This was a Lil overkill IMO
@@MrMagic1515house of blues is not wembley stadium lmao.
I get what you're saying, but there's 100% stadium echo adding to his request of it. The drums and guitars have it as well.
@MrMagic1515 but regardless- echo doesn't correct your pitch. It makes your vocals sound more full and powerful, sure. Pitch correction? Nope. So this is all completely irrelevant to the original comment.
The official video is better. There is a whole story behind the lyrics, which pulls you harder when you watch what is actually happening. It's like a mini movie.
True on the official video (about two friends) etc
True, but she wanted a live version
I agree 10000%. The band put together some AMAZING videos for MTV that stand up to this day with their messages.
Yup, some of these older concerts just don't have the recording quality. And some of these gigs aren't anywhere close to studio quality performance-wise either, even if they were great concerts.
True.
"I don't know sh*t but let's go!" lmao The most amazing thing about his vocals is that he's still performing today and his voice is still this amazing
That is why broadway came calling for this guy. Bach had the pipes. Arguably the most talented singer in rock at the time.
He was great but give me Jeff Tate of Queensryche back in those days...
@@vicprovost2561Geoff Tate.
Layne Staley
@@theHermitofEngedi Ian Astbury
Agree. Also remember Ray Gillan
If I had to come up with a description for Sebastian it would be "beautiful chaos". You just never knew what the guy was going to do. But that voice... For my taste there was no better voice in rock. I wish they (Skid Row) had come up a little earlier so maybe we would have had more music from them. At the same time though, Sebastians personality might have just blown them up after a certain amount of time anyway. He was crazy, and I love him for it. I saw them live in Frankfurt in I think '89. His vocal show well exceeded anything on the albums. Its like they reeled him in for albums, but at the concert he just flew. It was amazing.
They were warming up for Guns N' Roses here so thats why people did their pee break/alcohol buys at that time when you see them leave. At this time GNR were the biggest band in the world. But yeah, awesome performance, guys became very good friends with GNR. Axl is featured on 2 or 3 tracks on Sebastian's solo album from 2006? I think it was 06 hehe. Anyway, awesome reaction!
Saw them on this tour....was about 5 feet from the stage in front of the guitarist on the right with the blue guitar (Scotty Hill)......it was great...they opened for some little band named G&R's.......
"Youth Gone Wild" is another great one.
As a clarifying piece of information, in 1991, Skid Row was opening for Guns 'n Roses during their tour...to include the Wembley Stadium date in the original video. (Also appearing was Nine Inch Nails.) Skid Row opened for Bon Jovi in 1989...but only on US dates.
Skid Row Bon Jovi Giant Stadium was my first concert as a kid. Incredible
They also opened for Aerosmith in ‘90. Saw the “Pump” tour in San Fran.
I was at the Wembley gig, it was awesome!
@BisscuteReacts please do "Wasted Time" official video. You will not be disappointed. Powerful song, great vocals🎙️❤️🤘💯
Quicksand Jesus by Skid Row will blow your mind
"Wasted Time" is a must by Skid Row Bisscute!
I don't about now but, Sebastian had one of the best voices in rock.
Sebastian is a phenomenal vocalist
USED TO BE, NOT SO MUXH ANYMORE
@@aveemarie268 All vocalists lose parts of their voices as they get older. Why be a Debbie downer
@@davidgraham8658 just stating a FACT at least the preformence i saw it wasn't that good. Yes you are correct most singers voices do degrade. Like I said when I saw him sing it wasn't that great. Just facts😉
@@aveemarie268 Worst I ever saw was Steven Tyler.
Yes! My fave Skid Row song. And still one of my fave metal tunes. This is an awesome live rendition. You’re not wrong about the lyrics. The official music video is worth watching, as it uses dramatic enactments to visualize the lyrics and story.
Thank you so much sweet for this react. I love skid row and bon jovi.
Love my 80's tuneage. Came of age in the early 1980's. Had my first car, first girlfriend. Married before the decade was out to my first wife. So many firsts for me and so many good friends and good times when everything was all brand new. This genre music reminds me of when we were young and had the world at our feet. Songs like this trigger so many good feelings and memories for me. These type artists/songs served basically as the soundtrack to our lives during this era. Nothing exceeds like excess and no decade was bigger than the 80's. We had a fu***ng blast. Big shoutout, Bisscute from your old, longhaired, hippy dude in the States. Love you cutie. Your so sweet. Still digging that super sexy accent. Keep-a-rocking. See ya on the next. Peace. Later.
As someone else noted, watching the video helps give the song better context as it's a story of its own.
And not to take away from Sebastian's voice as you noted it's amazing, but the sound levels are cleaned up so you can hear everything very very well.
You probably wont react to it which is fine, you already did this live version, but if you like his voice, maybe do yourself a favor and watch it sometime even without a reaction :).
EDIT: song to listen to..
Nena - 99 Luft Balloons
Sass Jordan - Make you a believer
Tragically Hip - (Killer Whale Tank) - New Orleans Is Sinking (live)
KISS - Million to One, (I've had Enough) Into the Fire
Def Leppard - Armageddon It
Dire Straits - Sultan of Swing (live)
The Pursuit Of Happiness - Cigarette Dangles, Hard To Laugh
Big Sugar - Dear Mr. Fantasy
Spirit Of The West - Home For A Rest
I guess I'm just old, but it makes me laugh that people even talk about autotune like it's a real thing.....people just used to be good....Dio, Dickinson, Halford...Sebastian Bach has a great voice, he doesn't need an assist
This👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
You say that, but they all added effects to their voice even live, just not autotune. All reverb, echo, doubling, etc
But it was alot easier to tell who and who didn't have a good voice. 🤟@@jamesy1979
I could write an essay about your reactions, but I will just leave it at this: You do an awesome job and I always enjoy your reactions - even if it is not my type of music - this is! Keep these brilliant reactions coming!
Really enjoy this song. He does have amazing vocals especially live. Awesome reaction Biss!! ❤🤘👏
This is around the time I saw Skid Row open for Van Halen at a concert. They were a great band to see live!
This is 1991 when they opened for Guns N' Roses, they opened for Van Halen in 95.
Great video Biss!! A great live performance is Fleetwood Mac The Chain Live 1982. The songs about a breakup between the two singers in the band. Stevie Nicks wrote the lyrics about Lindsey Buckingham as their relationship was falling apart
Hi biss, I suggested this vid, ty for choosing it, not that many of them live, but I think it answered your question, is he's voice as great live as on studio version.👍as for suggestion, rush ,working man, live in Cleveland 2011 👍. it will knock your socks off guaranted 🤟🤟
one of the best rock band ever
He does have an amazing voice for sure.
i saw him on a solo tour in, i think, 2017. he still sounds awesome. he also did broadway. he was the Phantom in Phantom Of The Opera. you're the best Biss. horns up \m/
I saw him opening up for Guns N Roses.
He\They were great.
I LOVE this live performance. ❤❤
Ohhhhh Biss you just made an old rocker really happy! I WAS AT THIS GIG and it was one of the best I ever saw, they were supporting Guns n Roses. The people weren't leaving btw they were going back to their seats after getting free water refills from the taps at pitch side. It was over 100° inside Wembley that day. Bas Bach is one of heavy metal's truly great vocalists and front men.
I was at this concert, and Skid Row were excellent. They were supporting Guns 'n' Roses on their Use Your Illusion world tour. A great day out.
Amazing
Bisscute great job with your reaction and thoughts on the live performance of 18 and life from Skid Row. This one from the year I finished High School 91 .
Every time i have seen them he has sounded amazing. Great reaction!! 🙂
Cruising the Twin Cities in the middle of the night in my '62 Bel Aire. Memories return.
Soon as I saw you were doing this I thought, "yeah, she's gonna want to do him." Haha. I kinda knew him back in the day. Everyone did. You go, girl.
please do more Skid row wasted time
He was great. But I will throw out a suggestion. The band Extreme and their Queen Medley performance at the Freddie Mercury Tribute concert. Mind-blowing performance
Saw them live at Milton Keynes Bowl and he was like a force of nature when he burst on the scene 😊 the album Slave to the Grind took his vocals to another level well worth checking out Bisscute ❤
🙏 don't let us down youth gone wild so Raise your Hands!😮🎉 time to rock!!!
this was when they were an opening act for Bon Jovi and not very well known, thats why you see people walking around.
They were opening for Guns n Roses on this day, I was there.
There is no Help, straight talent and passion.
Please check out the official video for this song, the mix is pristine. Loved it live, but hear the original song when you can, it will be remembered, much better sound too. Enjoy! 🎵🎸🎤🎸🎶
This whole album was just awesome. I was in Grade 11 in 1991
I was at this gig aged 16, August 31st 1991.
1:55 There's every chance that I'm on camera here. I was sat in those blue seats right where the camera is pointing. We pretty much ignored Skid Row (Nine Inch Nails were way better) and were really only there to watch Guns n Roses.
Wow man I am jealous
I was in this crowd, they were supporting Guns 'N Roses and Skid Row were great that day. Nine Inch Nails were first band on too that day.
Gotta do wasted time! Sebastians vocals are just kick ass!
What an authentic response
Beautiful reaction to a beautiful song
pure talent back in the days...where artist are artist not autotune and sh*t are not yet present
I love your reviews.
Yeah I had the privilege to see them a few times live back then!!! Prime Sebastian was always impressive live for sure!!! 🤘😝🤘
These were my High School Years so excellent music!!!
Also while I'm a hardcore Sebastian fan, I do recommend seeing the band with their new singer. They put out an album not long ago and are touring.
He's young and won both The Voice Kids and The Voice in his country and he is very much reminiscent of Prime Sebastian and definitely worth a comparison watch just to see the band today!!! 😉
They were ruling the world at that time. Very tight machine.
Bisscute, you should do “closing time” by Leonard cohen
I’m 54…I lived this🤪 I saw em live in ‘91 & I saw Sebastian in a small club downtown 9 years ago…minus the highest register only, he still had it. ☀️❤️
Multumesc ca reactionezi 🥰
Thank you
Sebastian Bach born in the Bahamas, but grew up East of Toronto Canada in a town called Peterborough. Sebastian and Axl from Guns N Roses, are real good friends. Check out some of Sebastian's solo albums
His brother played goalie in the nhl and his father is a famous painter. Pretty good genes.
This reaction was great. Your dad has a kick ass name 😊. Hope I didn't say youth gone wild too much ❤
great live for skid row on 91❤
Love this and youth gone wild
Ma chanson préférée de Skid Row
Yeah, Bissie I think being on tour w/Guns N’ Roses at the time, at Wembley, had something to do w/the band members excitement. Prob the largest venue they had played, up to that point.
I love this song 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Bisscute got weak in the knees as soon as he started singing. She definitely would be at a Skid Row show back in 1991.😊
One of the legend
Ren made it to over 1 million subscribers now
I saw Sebastian in Iowa at one of the Lazerfests. He was amazing and that was like 2012ish
Nice
I went to school with the drummer Rob Affuso. Really good guy. Still looks great.
i wonder if the people leaving where moving to next show, some concerts have multiple bands on different sides of park
I would say at that time Geoff Tate from Queensryche, Sebastian Bach from Skid Row and Axl Rose could have all been said to be the best rock singer on any given night. Please react to Wasted Time by Skid Row, and Estranged (live in Tokyo) by Guns N’ Roses
Certainly can’t disagree.
If you Google all 3 singers, there’s a wide disparity between how many octaves each singer could produce. Each can be found to be rated between 3+ to 5 octaves depending on the source (Axl was sometimes rated at 6 octaves).
I think it comes from the fact that apparently there’s a difference between what could physically reach as a vocalist as compared to what they could sing with quality.
I think all 3 had similar “working” vocal ranges but Axl and Seb used much more distortion in their vocals than Geoff.
Tonality was also quite different between the 3. A lot of people didn’t particularly care for Axl’s vocal tonality when he used a lot of distortion on the higher end where Seb sounded so good with his.
I think Geoff’s voice was more beautiful at the lower end of his range because he was a natural baritone although I also found Axl’s voice to be quite pleasant lower in his range.
The original vocalist of Skidrow Seb.Bach ...my idol! Awesome!👏👏👏😎🎶💥💥
Thanks for watching
I was 11 when this concert happened.. Grew up in a family of musicians so if we weren't playing instruments, the stereo was always on. I loved hearing Skid Row on our local stations..
Ren amazing too he play piano bass drum sing rap too beatboxes mixes his own beats produces does most of his song live in one take
I’d be interested to hear your take on one early U2 especially a favourite of mine from 1983 when they played at Red Rocks in Colorado. The track in particular is Gloria which at the time was a big hit for them.
Como siempre, excelente reaccion 😊💕🌷
Was lucky enough to see them in 1991 on this tour with Pantara. Sebastian was amazing in his prime.
Nice
Love your vids @bisscute ❤
Sab Bach is 6'6" Biss, and completely insane.
Wow
This is what they've been giving to their fans, full performance, therefore their voice at the moment is understandable 🤘🤘👍👍keep ROCKING rockgods
Amazing ❤️
"I dont know shit.. but lets go!". You are such an awesome personality but you're an even better person and I love you for that. Not in a creepy way. Lol
He was amazing live, when not totally wasted.
Just pure singing the way it should be! Great band.. The rest of the band are great too I totally agree.. Did you hear that guitar too Man, they are just killer. Their albums are killer and every song on their albums are epic.. Just epic..
I'm already subscribed.. I love your attitude and you're just a cutie little young thing.. :-) You remind me of my daughter with dark hair instead of blonde hair like her, and you have an accent.. 😛
Thanks for this reaction!
Best regards from South Central Indiana. USA. The heartland.
Tim
when you do something you love,, it {YOU} never grows old.
Recommend: Hi Biss. How about the band Pablo Cruise. The song is Worlds Away live. California band that was part of the California sound of the 70s.
70s -90s was the best time for live performances. Now it is pre recorded, might as well listen to it at home.
Bach is handsome and cute. He's voice note is so high and clean.
I’ve been watching some of your videos for a few weeks now, love your smile, facial expressions and most especially your accent. Skidrow was one of the Rock/Glam Metal bands back in the 80s-90s. If you like this sub-genre of Metal you should also check on Poison, Warrant, Steelheart, and Firehouse among many others. I eat and breathe this kind of music and I know you’ll love it too. And yeah, it's my first time subscribing to a UA-cam channel. Rock on!🤘
You're so sweet, thank you for subscribing and hope you keep enjoying this
I was front row for this gig, amazing day one I'll never forget!
nobody was leaving, you could see the stands at the side of the stage where people were just walking. There were about 80,000 people there that day to see Guns N Roses & Skid Row.
The official music video for this song create lots of feels 😢
I’ll have to check it out sometime
Sebastián Bach has an amazing voice this live performance is very good but the video is even better in my opinion.
Yes amazing ❤
Bisscute, I love your accent!!!
😍💕💯🤟🔥
Love it!!!
Love the extended intro
Skid Row is my favourite band ! And Bisscut you’re very cute
He has amazing voice ❤
Youth gone wild 😜 we want to see you really rock🎉😮
This song is very much a cautionary tale of wasted youth. You really ought to listen to tha album version and really focus on the lyrics. It truly is a great song.
Sebastián truly is a beast of a vocalist, not many can go from fronting a metal band to singing on Broadway.
Oh I see, thanks
Como siempre buen video 🤟🤪 saludos desde 🇺🇾❤
