yes...that is on my mind...soon ; Books...uh...Public administration by Nicholas Henry is good, but u may not get all topics relevant to Indian Administration...New Horizons of Pub Ad by Mohit Bhattacharya is also good...better to read the DU recommended readings...many of these are available free online...
