If you are unable to find the current address, please try repositioning the device to an open area outside where it can receive a GPS signal. To do this, go to the navigation menu, select "Show Map," and then press the small satellite icon located in the upper left corner.
If you are unable to find a specific address, follow these steps: Go to the navigation menu, select "Destination," then choose "Find Address." Select the country and then the town/city. Enter the postcode (e.g., OL12 9SG) using the following format: Click on "OL12," then leave a space, and enter "9SG."
Alternatively, you can try updating your map to ensure you have the latest data.
